I spend the entire flight messing with the phone finding out all I could about this girl. There wasn't much to go off of, but I did learn she has a lot of family in her phone and that her boyfriend texts way too much. Ever since the plane took off, he's been texting none stop. Asking how her flight was, asking why she wasn't responding, asking if she was asleep and that's why she didn't answer, and saying I love you way too much.

I honestly started to wonder how long they've been together. As I go through her pictures I see way too many pictures of them together, hugging, kissing, being cute and for some reason I feel a twang of jealousy. Then I get to a random selfie of her and I study it. Medium length wavy blonde hair, bright blue eyes, her lips curved into a smile showing off her perfect smile. Damn, she is beautiful. Her boyfriends lucky. I sigh annoyed as once again the phone goes off signaling a text. But before I can check it the plane lands. Its probably just her boyfriend again. I shove the phone in my pocket and get ready to get off the plane.

--------

"How many times you gonna stare at the picture of her!? Wesley asks.

"Till I return her phone!" I shrug setting Lacey's phone in my lap. I stare out the window at LA passing by the taxi window. I really want to just call my phone and hope Lacey has it. I honestly don't know what I'm thinking....I'm just gonna arrange for her to get her phone back and everything will be fine. Shell move on with her life and I'll move on with mine.

As we arrive at the hotel her phone goes off again. I sigh and check the screen shocked to see a text from my phone.

-Give me back my phone-

Damn. She's pushy. I send her a text back.

-yeah I need mine back too....its important.-

I slide the phone into my pocket and grab my luggage from the back of the taxi. The phone doesn't go off again till we get our room key.

"Is her boyfriend still texting?" Wesley asks. I shrug and we get in the elevator. I check the phone.

-same here doofus. I need certain numbers off my phone so I need my phone back now!-

I raise my eyebrows in shock. Why is she being so rude!? I quickly text her back.

-Same here. I need my agents number and certain peoples numbers. Look just transfer my contacts to this number.-

I don't want the numbers in this phone but I need those numbers. I'll be in big shit if I don't.

The elevator dings signalling we are on our floor. We exit and I follow my brother to our room 727 and enter the suite. The phone goes off and I ignore it dragging my stuff into my room. I set my suitcase on my bed and pull out the phone as it goes off signalling an incoming call. I stare at the phone as my number flashes across the screen. I answer putting the phone to my ear.

"Listen here jackass I don't know who you think you are but if you don't give me back my phone in the next two seconds I'm gonna find you and kill you." My eyes go wide hearing her threat.

"Woah woah. Let's calm down." I softly say.

"I will not calm down! Has my boyfriend texted?" She asks. I hear a dog bark in the background.

"Yeah he texts too much." I mumble.

"He does that! Did you text him back?" I hear her messing with something. I shake my head then facepalm realizing she can't see me.

"No." I answer sitting down on my bed.

"Good. Just give me his number." She sighs.

"Why? Don't you have it memorized?" I furrow my eyes confused.

"No! And its not funny!" She scolds as I chuckle. I can't help it. From the pictures I'd figure shed have everything memorized about him.

"Sorry. But how are you gonna text him?" I ask laying back on my bed.

"Your phone dumbass." I sit up quickly.

"No! Bad idea! Are you insane!? I'll have to get my number changed!" I start to panic. I'll also get in trouble with my manager.

"Why? I'll have him delete it when I get my phone back-"

"Lacey, listen to me. No one can get my number. I'll get in huge trouble!" I rub my free hand over my face.

"Why? Do you have stalkers or something?" She quietly asks.

"Ummm kinda....do you really not know who I am?" I ask confused. She must not be a fan.

"Well you sing I know that much based off your pictures and the fact that your agent keeps texting saying how you need to be at the studio in like 5 minutes or else-" my eyes go wide. Our recording schedule!

"I gotta go Lacey!" I quickly hang up as Wes runs in the room.

"Why didn't you remind me of our recording session!?" He looks panicked and slightly mad.

"Hello? Not my phone!" I wave the white iPhone around.

"Right. Let's go! We will get you another phone after." Wes grabs my arm dragging me out of my room. Do I want another phone though? Means I can't talk to Lacey and honestly as stressful as this is, I like talking to her. I sigh annoyed as her phone goes off signalling a text. I see its from her.

-thanks for hanging up jerk-

I smirk and text back

-anytime lace-
