Chapter 19: Freaky Friday For The Leopards And The Wolves

CHAPTER 18.5

RIKI POV

After a few hours they are back to feeding me again. As I glance between the two of them I can't help but feel my love for them blooming in my chest. I had just put of Gabe's shirt, when Ash walks out into the court yard. I tense and look from Ash's eyes to ,my mates knowing Tawny has taken over her body but not changed her shape. None of the guys had followed her out so I'm assuming they knew who was possessing her. Tawny's light shines through Ash's human form, as she stops in front of me.

"Well my dear you are doing very well but I'm afraid for my test I'll need Gabriel and Ash." I leap to my feet as my shoulders straighten. My chin lifts as I meet Tawny's gaze, my voice strong and fierce.

"I will never back down they are my everything if you hurt them I will hunt you down, Goddess or not." She smiles stiffly as she speaks.  

"I promise not to harm them but don't forget yourself Queen. I am your Goddess." My eyes don't leave hers as I speak bitingly.

"And don't you forget I am there mate and sister." Inclining her head she reaches out and grasps Gabe as they both disappear. I feel our bond to Gabe and Ash close off to us as I whimper. Drawing me into his arms I bury myself in Luke's chest as he speaks.

"It's okay love you can do this."

CHAPTER 19

FREAKY FRIDAY FOR THE LEAPORDS AND WOLVES

RIKI POV 

Liam, Phelan, and Kade flank Luke and I as we walk back into the club. I walk over to Daddy, who is sitting at the bar with Garrett and Gremlin, and hug him tightly. He strokes my hair as Luke explains what happened. When he pulls me back I see the pride in his eyes.

"You can do this daughter. No matter what the test. You have my faith." I smile as he wipes the tears from my face and nod slowly.

"Your right Daddy. But I want to say goodbye to Cara before I leave." He leads me behind the bar and into a room off of the kitchen. It's a very plain room with just a bed and a dresser in it. I look at him and he shrugs.

"Cara wouldn't pick anything out for it. She wants it this way." I look to Cara who is sitting cross legged on the bed, meditating. She looks calm and peaceful until her eyes open. Whirling in those dark blue eyes you can see the sorrow in them. She smiles and slides off the bed to walk over to me. She places a hand on my cheek as an image of Gabe and Ash flood my vision.

"They'll be okay."

"I know they will be. I wanted to tell you that I will send Ash and Liam back when this is all said and done."

"I know." Cara smiles at me as I speak.

"I have faith too, sister. Liam will survive Phelan. But there is something else I wish to ask you. Will you come to the castle after Ash helps you?"

"Of course. But you should go now. You have much to face." An image of a blond haired man with glowing gray eyes flashed in front of me and then I was in the room again. I hug Cara to me and kiss her forehead before releasing her. I realize after the fact that she doesn't like people touching her. I must have gotten a look on my face because she giggles and hugs me again before leaping off the bed and rushing to the doorway into Garrett's arms. I stood and walked over to Daddy as Garrett speaks.
