Sheetal childhood was very traumatic. She was only child ,earlier everything was okay but when her parents passed away everything changed. She was living with her aunt family in London and she is literally a servant to them but after turning 18 Sheetal was independent she was good at studies so got admission at Harvard University where she met arnav.
For the first time Sheetal felt happy with arnav after ages , their relationship was going smooth like butter and Sheetal was too much into arnav not knowing arnav is only interested in physical relationship.
After college arnav broke with her not knowing Sheetal was pregnant. After arnav left Sheetal was again depressed but when she knew she is pregnant she tried to call arnav but he never picked up her call. She tried every way to inform arnav but never got any response from other side.
With time Sheetal got a job and picked up her life again and gave birth too aarav , she and aarav were leading a very happy life until one day ,when aarav raised some questions
"Who is my father?"
" Why everyone tease me not knowing my father name?"
