Missing Groom

*Two days before the wedding*

*Chris' pov*

Me and y/n are getting married in two days. Don't get me wrong I really want to marry her but I'm just very scared. That's why I've left. Y/n's side of the family have a tradition where the bride and groom don't see each other two days before the wedding, it's meant to give good luck to the marriage in which I obviously respect. Y/n was at her parents and I was at our place in which we live with my brothers. 

Then it happened. The wedding jitters. 

I packed a bag and left. My brothers didn't stop me as they weren't in at the moment which I thought was perfect timing to leave. I didn't plan on doing this I guess the fear has just gotten the better of me. I got into my car (since I have my licence now) and drove to the nearest hotel. I checked in and made my way to my room. Before I left I wrote a note to my brothers explaining everything.

*Matt's pov*

Me and Nick get in from shopping for the perfect wedding gift for y/n and Chris. I went over to place the gift on the table and I saw a note. It was from Chris saying 'open me' What could this be about? I quickly tore open the envelope and read it's contents.

' I have left. All this wedding pressure has sent me through the roof with fear. I love y/n and I want to marry her but I just have the wedding jitters and need reassurance. Don't come find me I need time alone!' 

I tell Nick and we rush out the door grabbing the mini vans keys on the way. Where could he be I though to myself. Y/n is too special to us all and we can't let her heart be broken like this. We drove around for hours looking for something that could possibly lead us to Chris. We tried the all his favourite places of him until Nick screamed. 

*Nicks pov* 

We had been driving for hours and nothing until I saw his car parked behind a bush in a car park to a hotel. I can't believe he actually left and came here. Matt pulled up in the car park and we entered the hotel and asked the lady at the front desk what room Chris Sturniolo was in and she told us it was room 225. We quickly ran to the lift and soon got to his room banging on the door. He opened his door rubbing his eyes and soon realised who it was at the door. 

"What the fuck were you thinking?" Matt rushed into his room walking to Chris until Chris' back met the wall. "I just got scared ok" Chris sounded annoyed 

"Scared? That's no excuse to walk out on your almost wife. If she was pregnant and you were scared you wouldn't just walk out now would you?" Matt shouted. He was pretty angry I mean I don't blame him she was his best friend now; that's right I Nicolas Antonio Sturniolo has been replaced, however I didn't mind because this allowed me to talk to Madi more and it made Matt happy that he finally had a close female friend that didn't want to get into his pants. Don't ask we've had to drop many friends for this reason, it's disgusting honestly. Anyway I'm getting off track. 

"Wait y/n's pregnant?!?!?!?" Chris questioned. "What have I done?"

"Hey hey chill out no one is pregnant ok, at least I don't think anyone is." I said 

We ended up talking to Chris for hours after that trying to get him to come back. The air got pretty heated as arguments erupted everywhere. "Look just please think about y/n and your unborn child" I said trying to lighten the mood with a joke. Matt and Chris shot me death glares,  and I put my hands up in defence. This is going to be a long day I think to myself.
