"Mom I have a bit of a problem" Sadie said.
"What? Did you pull your muscle again?" Her mother panicked.
"No mom I may or may not of just made the worst decision of my entire life" Sadie replied not making eye contact with her mom, instead keeping here eyes locked on the road in front of her.
"Well... spill!" Her mom insisted.
"Okay, well, I'm quite anxious that I'm going to fall again, so I've been quite laid back lately on everything and not dancing my best, so Raquelle said that I should take up another sport that might ease my anxiety a bit, I told her about Zack and Matty playing hockey and she said go for it... or something like that I can't really remember what she said now" Sadie said quite quickly, but because her mom has been her mom for 11 years, she's quite used to Sadie's rants now wether it be, bullies at school, or even boys, her mom always understood.
"Well do you want to play hockey?" Her mom asked her.
Sadie thought about it, her brother Zack plays hockey, he played for a team called the hawks, also known as the best Pee Wee team in our state, one of her best friends, Ryan Parker, now plays for that team. Her other best friend, Beverly Paris, plays for a team called district 5, also known as the worst hockey team in our state, the were both very passionate about hockey.
"I mean, Ryan and Bev both play hockey so" Sadie admitted.
"Well then why don't you just try, I mean by what your telling me, Miss Raquelle wants you to" her mother answered.
"Mom I don't know how to skate, plus my aim is horrible" Sadie said.
"Your brothers can help you" Her mom replied.
"Plus more bonding time with Bev" she continued.
"Yeah I guess, all I know is that she has a practice tomorrow" Sadie said finally taking her eyes off the road to look up at her mom.
"Great I'll tell her to come around tomorrow before she leaves for practice, you can take some of Zack's old stuff, it m in gut be a bit big but oh well" her mom replied.
Sadie slumped down in the seat.
"Okay thanks mom"
