Andy: Jack your going to Uncle Robert and Aaron's

Jack: ok dose that mean I can talk to Aaron dad ?

Andy: Sure what is it you want to talk to Aaron about?

Jack: well we were talking about mental health and I guess Aaron knows a lot about it

Jack: and well I trust Aaron

Andy: Ok Jack

*Andy and Jack walk down to the mill*

Andy: AARON?

Aaron; Yeah?

Andy: Jack wants to talk to you about something he learned at school was wondering if that's ok?

Aaron: Yeah sure, Come in Jack

Aaron: Right well what would you like to talk to me about Jack

Jack: well at school we're talking about mental health and well I thought I could talk to you about it

Aaron: Right is there any questions?

Jack: well yeah everyone says your the one to talk to if I want to know more why's that?

Aaron; Well I guess its because I have more experience I've struggled with Mental Health before and well I guess I still do

Jack: What mental health do you struggle with Aaron?

Aaron: I don't really know, I used to self-harm

Jack: why?

Aaron: well Jack when I hurt I don't just hurt up hear

*Aaron points to his head *

Aaron: I hurt hear

*Aaron points to his stomach*

Jack: why?

Aaron: I don't really know the answer to that Jack

Jack: Can I see?

*Aaron was hesitant *

Aaron: I don't see why not

*Aaron slowly lifts up his top*

Jack: do they still hurt?

Aaron: Not anymore but the reasons are still in hear

*Aaron points to his head*

Jack: Uncle Aaron?

Aaron: Yeah Jack?

Jack: Can I hug you?

Aaron: Sure

*Jack runs up to Aaron and gives him a big hug*

Aaron: You know you can talk to me when ever you want Jack about anything you know
