It had been 4 months since the passing of cooper and since then Trevor and ness had become public and more in love with each other then ever, Trevor was head over heels for the singer, he couldn't even play a game to his full potential if ness didn't ring him or message him before his game with one of her signature pep talks that became helpful to all the boys on the team
Their nights consisted of simply doing nothing but enjoying every moment regardless.
So when ness had to leave for tour Trevor was devastated to say the least, he didn't want to show it but everyone knew.
They'd planned shows and games that the other could go to watch and support each other but with the schedules it was purely a challenge, so the more busy each person got the more they stopped putting in the effort
Ness was the first one to notice, even though she knew how much the zegras boy loved her she knew how hard the distance was cause she was feeling the exact same way
So she simply let him be and to deal with things in his own way.
