Update... so it's been about a few months since the first part, I'm gonna be honest I forgot about the story all together, but my friend reminded me so here we are! Hopefully I update it more frequently😭 (also don't mind mistakes etc) now time for the story~
Two months later
You personally don't like taking time off of work, not because you're dedicated to your job or anything, but because it reminds you of how alone you truly are. While everyone around the work talks about seeing family or long vacations, you're just stuck inside your house with your cat, Gus. Sure you could go out for dinner with some friends but you don't get enjoyment out of it like other people do.
You walk down the long dark hall with red patterned curtains covering the windows, as you continue to walk all you hear is people blabbering about their holiday plans, so annoying. You reach your office (finally) and go to open the door, you notice someone's in there, at first it was a shadow but soon you realize, it's.. Yelan?!
You're still a bit upset about your guys last interaction. You grunted, "What are you doing here?" Yelan stops before answering, "I'm only here for work purposes, seems like somebody needs to calm down." She hasn't changed at all, you're still annoyed but unfortunately work still comes first. "Whatever what 'work purposes' are you here for?" "Well I've noticed you've been quite tired lately, I got you a coffee so you can stay awake during meetings. You do know the consequences we could have if you don't pay attention?" Yelan teases. You can't believe this, she just came here to MOCK you. In a fit of rage you want snap back at her, but something about her mocking you.. turns you on? You're honestly just realizing this yourself. "If that is all then you can leave now."
You were still at the door and almost opened it a bit hinting you wanted her gone. "Can I be honest with you?" Yelan asked. You're ready for some backhanded insult "sure" she smirks "I didn't just come here for work.. I feel we left off on a bad note last time. I don't want you to think of me like that" you expect an apology to come. She then says something you didn't quite expect, "I know you like me" she says, you're pretty much speechless you're first reaction is to deny, but she adds on before you can even say anything, "don't worry, I think you're cute too;)"
