it had been raining for a few long long hours the hours felt more like years and the time seemed to be at a standstill much like rush hour traffic on a Friday evening kevin sighed as he didn't do any of his chores from the list that his fiancé had given to him in the morning just before he left and now it was evening with chores undone and papers scattered it looked as if a natural disaster had happened and kevin knew he knew that once the door was unlocked and opened he would be punished
a few moments had passed and kev went inside the house and gave kevin a disapproving looks and attached a leash to his thick collar secured around his neck padlocked into place
he drug him into the spare room and quickly tied him to the ottoman and shoved a ball into his mouth locking it securely behind his head not wanting to hear his pathetic excuses
he then circled him grabbing at his soft black hair forcing him to look up at him for only a second he then unhooked his belt and gave him 30 lashes and added one more for every little sound he made kev had decided to keep kevin gagged and hissed into his ear you will be staying up until you complete your chores and then and only then will you be sleeping in your cage on the floor of the closet with both your cage and closet locked and in the morning a full notebook of I will not disobey master again as well as a 30 page apology
kevin muffled yes sir as drool also escaped from his lips
he quickly got his chores done within a few hours the hours seemed to drag and he was having difficulties with concentration as he was currently obsessing over the dark stormy night sky which caused his heart rate to speed up just a little bit and making him bite the pink rubber ball in his mouth
he was terrified of storms but yet he couldn't look away he was terrified that the storm would somehow get him he had silent tears dripping down his cheeks he still couldn't turn and look away even as it started to hail he softy cried and decided to do his assignment that kev had requested he shakily started to write but he couldn't form a sentence
he had gone into his shared room with his fiancé still softly crying and writing the word red which instantly stopped there scene and he was quickly untied and ungagged he was wrapped into his comfort blanket with his stuffed animal he jumped a foot as thunder was in the distance and the night sky flashing bright blue for a few seconds at a time kev held kevin close in his arms as close as he possibly could as he turned on the tv
ironically the weather channel was on talking about wide spread outages and storm surges throughout the night which was absolutely terrifying kevin
