unexpected visit

Kenta saw his papa go into the living room and sit down and start making calls. Kenta went to his room and sat down on his bed with his knees to his chest. The black haired didn't know what to do.

Shoyo had tears running down his face no one could watch Kenta, the ginger didn't have anyone else to call. Shoyo was about to call Natsu to tell her he couldn't make it when his doorbell rang. The ginger got up and went over to his front door and opened it. Shoyo was shocked to see his best friend. "KENMA!" Shoyo had tears running down his face he engulfed Kenma in a hug making Kenma shocked he, of course, hugged back. "What's wrong, you're crying?" Kenma asked while wiping Shoyo's tears away. "My mom is in the hospital," Shoyo answered making Kenma shocked. "Are you going to Miyagi?" Shoyo nodded while sniffing up the snot that was running down his nose. Kenma kissed Shoyo's head. "Need me to watch Kenta?" Shoyo was about to answer the question when he heard a yell the two turned to see their son having a huge smile on his face. "DAD!" Kenta shouted and he ran over and hugged his dad tightly making Kenma smile. "Hey, Kenta." Kenma hugged back and Shoyo backed away and smiled. "Kenma I thought you had work?" Shoyo suddenly asked and Kenma started sweating. "I may or may not have just left." Shoyo's jaw dropped and Kenta grinned wider. "Oh my, Kenma if you need to go back-" Shoyo was cut off by Kenma covering his mouth. "I'm not going back, I need to watch my son, and you need to go see Shizu san." Kenma then pulled his hand away. "Now, go pack." Shoyo nodded and ran upstairs and went into his room.

"Ok, so Kenta goes to bed at 8 and he cannot-" Kenma cut off Shoyo by pushing him out the door. "Shoyo he's my son too." Shoyo sighed at Kenma's words and nodded. "Sorry, it's just a habit." Shoyo looked at Kenta and smiled. "Call me every night okay." Shoyo saw Kenta smile. "I will, I love you papa." Kenta then went over and hugged Shoyo. "I love you too, I'll be back soon." Shoyo kissed Kenta's forehead and waved the two off. Shoyo opened the gate and closed and the taxi was waiting for him.

"Well, let's get ready for bed," Kenma said while closing the door. "I haven't eaten dinner yet though," Kenta said while holding his shirt. "Oh, um I'll just order food, what do you want?" Kenma pulled out his phone.

Shoyo ran into the hospital with his suitcase he looked to see Natsu sitting with worry all over her face it may be 1 am but Shoyo didn't care. "NATSU!" Shoyo yelled rolling his suitcase. "Shoyo." Natsu stood up and hugged her brother. "Thank god you're here, mama is getting tested right now." Natsu looked like she was gonna pass out she had dark under eyes and her skin was pale. "Natsu you look like you just died and came back to life. How about you take a nap even just for a little bit." Shoyo said with worry making Natsu pout. "I am pretty tired, ok I will but you have to stay up." Shoyo agreed and sat Natsu down. Shoyo sat down his legs crossed and his mind was blank.

Kenma was sitting in the living room with a book in hand reading it as Kenta was asleep upstairs in his room. Kenma closed his book and put his hand on his bed feeling stressed about Shoyo. Kenma hoped to get close to him again like in old times but sadly that wasn't gonna happen. "UGG!" Kenma screamed into the decorative pillow. Kenma got up and picked up his phone and called an old friend.

"So, you still like Shoyo." A male with black hair smirked as Kenma groaned. "Yes, I do and I was gonna try and get close to him this week but he went all the way to Miyagi for his mom." Kenma sits his head on the outdoor table. "Kuroo what do I do." Kenma's eyebrows frowned while Kuroo drank a sip of his beer. "The only thing I can tell you is to be there since he's going through stuff with his mom, it will make him see that you care, and you're already taking care of Kenta so he'll see you as responsible." Kenma hummed while drinking his water, Kuroo got up from his seat. "Kenma, I've never said anything about it but ever since you and Shoyo broke up you know Shoyo hasn't gotten into a relationship." Kenma was shocked to hear those words the blonde looked down while Kuroo stood there with his
hand on his hip. "Kenma, I want you to be happy and I want Shoyo to be happy so please don't do something you'll regret." Kuroo patted Kenma's head and left while Kenma sat there staring off thinking about his words. Kenma got up and went back inside closing the glass door and locking it. Once Kenma got upstairs he got into Shoyo's room to go to bed but he stopped seeing a photo he felt tears rise.

The photo was Kenma, Shoyo, and Kenta Shoyo just got out of the hospital and was holding Kenta in his arms while sitting in a wheelchair and Kenma was pushing the wheelchair with a smile on his face looking down at the two. Kenma cried feeling guilty he knew he was selfish for leaving the two because of his own insecurities. Kenma sat down on the bed and started getting comfortable once he did he had no trouble falling asleep, especially with the fresh scent of Shoyo.

Shoyo was looking at the walls of the hospital not really thinking of anything just staring off as he was he didn't even notice a doctor coming out. "Is anyone here for Shizu Hinata?" Shoyo stood up immediately as he heard his mom's name the doctor went over and Shoyo woke up Natsu. The doctor waited for the woman to get up once she did he looked down at his clipboard. "It seems like your mother is suffering from Arrhythmia, which is a heart condition" Shoyo was shocked and crossed his arms and felt tears come down his face. Natsu was shocked as well she wrapped herself around her brother shoulder trying to calm him down. 

My face is so swolllen but I'm still writing
