Tae and I stepped out of the car, and entered the mall. Tae had this sudden idea to go shopping, just the two of us, as a date. Even though it was out of the blue, I was intrigued by the idea so I agreed, and besides I needed the break and that's how we ended up here. Anyways, we entered the mall headed straight to Chanel, you may ask 'Chanel? How about Gucci?' that's the thing, both of us love Gucci and also had the same thoughts, 'save the best for the last' . So that's why we walked into Chanel looking like the couple of the year, dripped in black:

People stared at us and whispered, while I was smirking smugly, Tae also seemed to enjoy since he held my hand as we started looking for cloths. I could hear people whispering behind us, "Omg, they look so cool together" "Damn, they suit each other so well" "They're like the power couple" I was pretty sure that I was smiling like an idiot. "They think we're the best couple, I don't disagree" Tae whispered, leaning into my ear. "Ofc they do" I answered, without looking at him. We continued on our hunt when a girl approached us.
She seemed like she worked here as she was wearing her work cloths and had this kind and friendly look on her face "Can I help you both with anything?" she asked with a polite smile. "Um yes. Can you please show us your special collection" I asked, returning the smile. "Sure! this way, please" She said and led the way, she stopped then brought out their collections. My jaw immediately dropped to the floor, all of them were gorgeous! "Can I try them on?" I asked almost immediately "Sure" she replied.
I looked back at Taehyung and saw that he already sat on the couch and nodded, meaning he was ok and ready to help me decide. I went into the changing room and tried on a few dresses, showing Taehyung each time. Most of them didn't suit me that much and Tae agreed too, but then this one dress caught my eye, I had this huge thing for bodycon dresses since they always matched me, so when I saw this black off shoulder long sleeve mini dress, I just that it was this one. Of course, I tried it on and got approved by Taehyung before I bought it.
Once we bought the dress, we visited a few other shops where Taehyung bought a black tux, we decided to get something to drink before we visit Gucci. We spotted this boba shop and decided to boba. Soon, we both our drinks and sat down "Jennie" he called, I hummed as I was busy sipping on my drink "The main reason I brought you here is because I wanted to get couple rings" he gently held my hand in his and looked into my eyes "Sure" I said, not breaking the eye contact, he slowly brought my left hand and kissed it. "You know I love you so much right?"
A small smile still on his face "I do" a grin appeared on my face as we gazed each other. We entered Gucci after finishing our drinks, we headed straight to the ring sections, it didn't take too long for me to choose because there was this one that caught my eyes. It was this couple rings where one of them is rose gold and had the Gucci logo with diamonds on it, the other one was silver with the same design. They were simple but cute, I tried to check out some other ones but those rings kept running laps in my mind, it was as if they were calling to me so.
At the end I chose those, "I really like these" I showed it to Taehyung, "You have nice taste, it's actually one of our limited editions. They're simple but captivating" the worker said, Taehyung grabbed it from me and eyed it, "Hmm, yea, you have a nice taste" he complimented. I was about to retrieve the box so we pay but he suddenly went on his knees with the ring box in his hand. Everyone in the store stopped what they were doing to watch, whipping out their phone to record, the worker who guided us gasped, I just stood frozen, looking down at him.
"Kim Jennie, you are the angel to my eyes, light to my darkness, companion for my loneliness. You were always there for me, you always protected me, you loved me like no one else and now, I want to do the same. I want to protect you, I want to always be there for you so, will you, Kim Jennie, marry me?" he proposed, I still couldn't process everything, I wanted to shout 'YES' but nothing came out when I opened my mouth. So instead, I bent down and kissed him, everyone cheered. We pulled out and connected our foreheads, the workers congratulating us. "Congratulations, I wish you guys the best!" the worker wished us, "Thank you" we both said in unison. She billed the rings and we left arm in arm smiling happily...............................................
