You're sat at the bar with a martini in your hand when Max walks in, clad in Navy, hair styled and combed back like a suave modern businessman. You gave him a look, a deep stare into his eyes as he spotted you and walked over, you did think you'd be quite happy dying on the spot as long as Max's eyes were the last thing you saw. You make contact with Sam, motioning for two more drinks as Max sits down.

"It's only just lunchtime, whats the occasion." Max eyes your drink.

"Because this is going to be fun." You smile at him, he hesitated for a moment before joining in your smile, his was so infectious and wholesome it would always catch you off guard. Just as your smile made him feel like there was warmth in his life.

"If this works?" He said "thanks" the drinks arrive.

"Have I ever let you down before?" You add with a raised brow.

"Apparently not." He admitted, you took a breath.

"She's going to let you down, you're going to make her desperate, lay it on thick and then palm of your hand. You know this, you're good at this." He raises his glass as you finish, looking at you with a heart melting gaze.

"To revenge" he adds wittily.

"To revenge" You clink glasses.

 . . . . . .

You saunter into the bar of the nicest hotel in Philly, spotting the two sat at the table you grab yourself a drink and slowly head over.

"My birthday

"My birthday." You hear Max say with a slight laughter to his usual monotone businesses voice.

"t's your birthday?" Sandra smiles back, her dress looked good, then again thats why you'd bought it for Max to give her.

"Yes. Watch your elbows."  Sandra moves her elbows off the table.

"How old are you?"

"He's thirty-three." You answer, shocking Sandra as you place you hand on Max's shoulder. Max's eyes dazzle as a breathtaking smile crosses his face as he sees you. Sandra looked at him, it was the first time she'd seem him smile that much if at all.

"I hear you've been doing very well. Better than even I expected." You complement her as Max gets up and pulls the seat out for you. Kissing your cheek as he sits down once more.

"Thank you. . ." she stutter before looking at you again a frown "I'm sorry who are you?"

"I'm your sister, I have a drug problem and I'm mixed up with some bad people, it would be all that time in those homes." You say deadpan sipping your drink. "You ready for a test run?" You ask a little raise to your eyebrow.

"A test run?" There was a confused laughter that escaped Sandra's lips gently.

"Of course she is" Max boosted her confidence "See the man behind me, at the bar?" He takes Sandra's attention and she takes a look at the man. William Tyler. He was sitting at the bar by himself.
