Aria Jason a woman and Leon are walking behind a marine toward a sub "you ok after earlier?" Leon asks in concern

Aria nods "Could be worse and we have gone through worse" Leon chuckles "right". They all head inside the sub

Leon Aria Jason and the woman are all gathered in a room. Aria and Leon are standing next to each other while Jaosn and the woman are sitting on the table. Leon crosses his arms "Okay, Where we at?"

"All right our mission is to infiltrate the bio-research facility and seize any avidence pertaining to the hacking and the viral terrorist attack at the white house, I'll brief you further when we get to shore" Jason explains

"We could just hack them what's the point of even going?"

"Sorry, champ. That's classified for now"

"Details on the facility?" Leon shakes his head "for now classifified" Jason replies "Time limit?" Leon looks at Aria in annoyance. leon and Jason say at the same "Classified" "right" Leon replies

"Well, I'm going to go check the gear" Jason gets up and pats Leon's arm "get some shut eye"

Leon scoffs "Fantastic" Leon looks at Aria "Wanna get some dinner when this is all over?" Leon smiles at Aria

Leon smirks "well, ok" Leon stops leaning on the wall "Let's catch up" Leon starts walking out as Aria follows behind

"So that was you in spain right I was right?" Leon asks

Aria nods "yes"

"Thank you" They both hear groaning in pain. Leon slowly looks into the open bathroom door to see Jason inside looking down at the sink injecting himself with something. Leon takes aria's hand and keeps walking

"I mean it I missed you you know" leon looks at her "me too" Aria replies smiling

Leon opens his mouth to say something but doesn't but continues on

Leon and Aria walk into a room to see Jason sweating and freaking out sitting "Jason?" Leon walks over to Jason "Hey Jason" Jason snaps out of it looking at Leon covered in sweat holding his chest. Leon leans on the table "Wanna talk about it?" Leon starts to look down

Jason stares down as leon stands by the door "have a seat" Leon and aria sit down next to each other "Looked like you were having a nightmare"

"They call me the hero of penamstan" Leon stares at jason "Some fucking hero" He looks down sighing and inhales "Every night I have the same nightnare about Penamstan. That day" Leon starts to looking down staring off "Penamstan. That was hell"

"yeah" Leon moves his hand toward Aria "I bet"

"You have no idea" Jason looks down leaning back

Leon leans forward "Look. I can't imagine what it was like for you but Aria and I have been through some shit ourselves" leon touches Aria's hand under the table "Raccoon City"

"They sterilized that place. You two were there"

Leon squeezes Aria's hand "yeah" Leon sighs "I was just a rookie cop late as hell on his first day" Leon tilts his head toward Aria "She's why i'm still alive"

"What even are you?"

"Half human half vampire" Aria looks down

"There were zombies everywhere. I remember... People screaming moaning they'd get bit and they turned it was terrifying. There's no way to describe it except..." Leon pauses

"Hell" Jason finishes

"Yeah. The government wiped the city off the map and covered it up"

"I accepted you that day"

"I tried to end bioterrorism" Aria sighs

"Sure. they didn't want it to spread. You destroy a city to save the country" He shrugs it off "That's a tough call, but someone's gotta make it"

"There were people alive in there. There were families alive in there and they didn't even try to get them out" Leons atnds up angrily "So, tough call my ass!"

Jason stands up after him "Look, I get it. you were a cop" Aria stands up over to Leon "It was your job to protect those people and you want justice for them but agents like us, We don't get to think that way anymore" Jason points himsellf "It's a new world and we just gotta roll with it"

Leon raises his voice "You cannot save a country if you don't give a damn about the people in it"

Jason scoffs "Before, you said terrifying. Do you know where the root of error comes from?"

"I don't follow"

Jason points to his head quietly "It starts with fear" he starts to walk off "yeah. Humans. Humans fear the unknown and there is nothing more unknowable than us. As a species... Oh we're unpredictable. We're cruel. Especially when we're trying to survive. Yeah the greeks said it best. There is much to fear in this world... but nothing more so than humans" They feel the sub shake and lighst briefly shut off. Leon grabs Aria holding her as they fall into the tables

"The controls?" They all start running

They all run into the control room to see bodies everywhere. Leon walks over to someone slouched on the chair "hey. you all right" Leon moves the main then sees his throat was ripped out "Shit"

Aria looks around "They're all dead". Leon starts to run off with his hand to his waist. Jason grabs Leon "Hey we're in a pressurized tube underwater. Remember?"Jason gets stern with Leon. Leon pulls out his knife. Aria starts walking off as Leon follows

Something is on the ship where's that woman Shen may. Something not human did this

Aria and Leon look at two dead bodies in the middle of the halls. "come on" Aria starts walking. Leon looks back at the bodies "memories". They keep going slolwly. Aria and Leon speed up to find more bodies covered in blood. Leon kneels down staring but then start to hear flesh and moving flesh then a rat pops out from the bodies

"You gotta be shitting me" Leon jumps back The rat runs at leon. leon kicks the rat but the rat runs all over the wall. Aria grabs the rab and slams it's body on the wall crushing it. Leon looks at the remains in shock "it's a bioweapon. They start to hear more flesh behind them. The room goes red "code 13 has been activated. This submaine will self-destruct in five minutes"

"Run!"
