Kingdom of Italy always had a crush on Japanese Empire . They slept together once and that was how Italy and Japan were made. They didn't make out but Kingdom of Italy, because she was very tired, she fell onto Japanese Empire.
Japanese Empire and Kingdom of Italy ,from that moment , they became a couple . Every years on Italy's and Japan's birthday they see each other again .
Kingdom of Italy hadn't told Italy, that Japanese Empire was his father and Japanese Empire hadn't told to Japan that his mother was Kingdom of Italy.
Third Reich tried to make them to said it to Japan and Italy but she always failed until one day . It was 30/4/1944 (coincidence I think not) when she was invited by Kingdom of Italy and Japanese Empire to Rome. Japan Italy and Germany had to there as well. Third Reich decided to say it her self but she was beaten by Japanese Empire, who said it a second before Reich was about to say it.
" Japan, Italy me and your mother have a lot to tell you " Said Japanese Empire.
" What is it father" Asked Japan who wasn't prepared for what his father was about to say
" Italy I'm your father and Japan Kingdom of Italy is your mother" Said Japanese Empire
" What??????? " Said both Italy and Japan. They were surprised.
" Also Third Reich where have you been. You don't fight for Nazi Germany anymore???" Said Japanese Empire
" No I'm not. I have moved with my kids to Russia " Replied Third Reich.
Italy and Japan were in shock they were twins. They were happy that they were but they were mad at their parents. They could have at least told them. As they all went home, Italy stayed with Greece. She was the only person in Milano that he can rely on.
