Mayor was walking through the cave hall his footsteps echoed every time he took a step he had one thing on his mind. And that one thing was a certain spider, a very smart one, a scientist, and his name was Syntax. While Mayor was walking through the halls, he got lost in his thoughts until he stopped randomly. He wondered why he stopped, until he realized that he had stopped in front of Syntaxs lab. Mayor has always wanted to tell Syntax how he felt, but he always worried that Syntax would reject him. Mayor got random confidence to tell him how he felt. Mayor slowly opened the door, and there he was, Syntax was typing stuff on his computer. Mayor got really nervous and just stood there staring at Syntax. Mayor was about to close the door until Syntax realized that Mayor was staring at him.
"Do you need something?" Syntax asked
Mayor didn't say anything and just kept on staring at him. Syntax got nervous and threw something that Mayor, hoping it would make him staring at him. But Syntax didn't know what he threw, and he ended up throwing a bucket at Mayor. And Mayor fell on his back and stayed on the floor. Syntax panicked and ran to Mayor and checked his heartbeat. Luckily, he was fine, Syntax sighed and looked at Mayors face. Mayor was still staring at Syntax and had a bit of blush on his face. Syntax noticed Mayors blush, and he also blushed and looked away. Mayor let out a chuckle and got up from the floor.
"I'm sorry for throwing the bucket at you," Syntax said
"It's fine, I don't mind,"
"Why were you staring at me?"
Mayor didn't know what to say and tried to look for an excuse. But didn't find any, so he sighed and decided to tell Syntax the truth.
"I wanted to tell you something..." Mayor said, sounding nervous
"I-i love you, Syntax, and I always will. Will you be my boyfriend?" Mayor said with a slight smile on his face
Syntax was shocked, and his eyes widened he had blush on his face. He was speechless he also loved Mayor. Syntax didn't know what to say after a minute of silence. Syntax smiled and kissed Mayor. Mayor kissed back, and Syntax wrapped his arms around Mayors neck. The kiss continued for a while until Mayor broke the kiss.
"Soooo are we a thing now?" Mayor asked
"Sure," Syntax answered
Mayor smiled, and so did Syntax. Mayor picked up Syntax bridal style and teleported them to Mayors room . He placed Syntax on his bed, and Mayor soon joined him on the bed, and he cuddled with Syntax
"I love you, my dear," mayor said
"I love you too," syntax said
Soon, they both fell asleep, and they both felt warm and safe in eachothers arms.
