Me and sally got ready to run as we herd Ian and Maddy walking closer.My heart was racing as the sound of their foot steps coming closer."hello"Maddy called out."is anyone there"she continued.Maddy was always the brave one out of us but Ian was the scaredy cat that would always would jump at everything that would pop up.I could tell that Ian was scared out of his mind and it made me feel bad but I couldn't just stay here and help him I had to run to the lake and meet kiare to get her ready for Ian and Maddy so that she could jump into the lake.

I looked at sally getting ready to tell her to giggle as loud as she can before they see us.I saw foot fall in front of me and sally which told me to run and tell sally to giggle as we run."sally laugh then run like I told you at the manshion." told her."Ok,Jessy"She replied in a cheery tone.

Maddy's POV

Ian was scared out of his mind he was always scared of the woods no mater what time of day it is I wish Jess was still home she was Ian's rock.Ian was devastated when he herd that Jess's mom was killed and she went missing and I was to because Jess was like a sister to me.Me and I just stayed to our selfes after Jess went missing But Ian almost snaped when some guys were talking about Jess and saying things about her being raped or killed by some guy.

I never seen Ian so mad he was always so happy but this was something more than hate or rage that Ian felt when he went punch the guy who was laughing at his joke he made about Jess.I stopped him before he could hit the guy and took him away to his locker, but when he got there he started to cry and hug me and I could tell he was hurting deep in side and It hurt me to see him like this.

We kept on walking but we came to a stop when we herd a silght giggle in the distance.The sound made me and Ian jump but we kept on walking but deep in side I just wanted to go home.

Jess's POV

I watched as they jumped at the sound of sally's giggle and they followed the sound of they had just herd which let me know that this part of the plan was working.
