Chapter 47

Now everyone are waiting outside the labor room. Taehyung was sitting on the bench waiting impatiently while tears were falling from his eyes non-stop as he was hearing his love shouting in pain. Other's were trying to console him saying that y/n will be fine along with their babies. But Taehyung was not responding to any of it, he was just praying to god to keep his family save as he was having some bad feeling about the situation. As they were all waiting, suddenly a nurse came out and asked for Taehyung. "Excuse me, but who is Kim Taehyung here?" the nurse asked and Taehyung immediately came in front of her. "I'm Kim Taehyung. Why what happened? Is my wife and babies fine?" Taehyung asked. "Sir we need you to come inside as your wife is asking for you. Please hurry." the nurse said and Taehyung immediately followed her in. 

When he entered in, he saw the most heart breaking scene, where his love is crying and shouting in pain. He rushed to her and hold her hands while he kissed her forehead. "Baby..I'm here. Please be strong and push our babies. Come on..love you can do it. I know you are strong," Taehyung said as he hold her hands tightly. "Yes....Mrs.Kim. Just like that push, push the baby," the doctor said.  "L-love...I c-can't do it. It is painful. I feel like dying..." y/n said in low voice as she had no energy left and after saying it she almost went unconscious when she felt another strong contraction, making her to push out her 1st baby. The room was now filled with the crying sound of the baby. The doctor gave the baby to Taehyung who carried it and showed it to y/n. Both of them were very happy, but it didn't last long when she felt and another contraction causing her crying in pain as she pushed it with all her might where finally her 2nd baby was out. 

The both babies were in Taehyung's hand who was showing their babies to y/n. Then the nurse took the babies to clean them up. They were blessed with twin baby boys. "We did it baby. I'm soo proud of you my love. You were soo strong. Thank you for this beautiful gift." Taehyung said as he kissed y/n on her forehead who gave him a weak smile. "I-I love you my love. P-please t-take care of the b-boys. L-love you and s-sorry..." y/n said before completely going unconscious making Taehyung's heartbeat stop. "OMG!!! No no no...nurse quickly call doctor Aera and shift the patient to the operation room. Quick quick..." the doctor shouted while one of the nurse dragged Taehyung out of the room as he was completely froze in his place looking at y/n's lifeless body. 

Once he was out, other's went near him only to see him completely lost. His face was blank. Jimin shake him a bit to bring him back to reality and once he was back he started to cry badly while hugging Jimin. Seeing him like this everyone also had tears in their eyes. Everyone had already know the situation as the nurse had informed them about it when she came out to call for Aera. "Don't cry Taehyung-ah. You need to be strong. Nothing will happen to our y/niee. She is strong." Jimin said while hugging Taehyung. "Yes bear, our princess is strong. She will be able to fight this and will be back to us. Please be strong and don't cry. You know if y/n knows that you were crying, she is going to scold you," Yoongi said while rubbing Taehyung's back to calm him down. "I-I can't hyung. I'm not strong without her. S-she is my strength. H-how c-can I be strong without her. P-please t-tell m-me that she is going to be fine..please..." Taehyung said while crying. "You know Jiminah...just now when I showed her our babies she j-just gave me her weak smile. S-she t-told me that she loves me and wants me to take c-care of our babies. She t-told me that she is SORRY!! Before being unconscious," Taehyung said as he hugged Jimin tightly as he was crying even harder. "What did she meant by that??? I cannot live without her...please tell me she will be fine..." Taehyung said crying while Jimin and others were trying to calm him down. 

I has been passed few hours but, there is still no news about y/n. Everyone was outside the operation room waiting. Then, Aera came out of the operation room making other's to jolt from their seat. Taehyung was the first one to run to her and ask about y/n's condition. "Noona...how is she? Is my baby ok? What happened? Can I meet her?" Taehyung asked being desperate to meet his love. Aera only signed and by looking at her Jimin knew something was wrong. "Aera, what happened? Why are you not saying anything?" Jimin asked. "Please follow me to my cabin," Aera said. Other's just followed her without saying anything and once they reached the cabin, Aera broke in to tears while Jimin hugged her making other's to be more worried and scared. "I-I'm sorry Taehyung. I tried my best...b-but I couldn't....t-they h-have b-been manipulating her reports," Aera said making Taehyung's breath hitched while other were standing in shock. "W-What are you saying noona? My baby is fine right?" Taehyung asked not believing what Aera is saying. "No Tae. I'm not lying. They have been manipulating her reports for the pass few months. They have been noticing that her blood levels were decreasing but they didn't inform anyone and decided to manipulate it by making the report look like a normal report. But the truth is that her blood level was very low and during delivery, her blood level had dropped to a very low point making it difficult for her but she was strong enough to being able to push the babies out before passing out." Aera said. "We tried to bring her back, but we couldn't at first. But then we had already transfused blood in to her body and tried to revive her which we were able to do it but only for a few minutes as she again went unconscious. We tried to make her body respond but nothing happened, the only thing that is showing that she is alive is her heartbeat. Now we have only 48 hours to make her respond as wake up..if not...then...s-she m-might go into coma...or..even worst..." Aera said and finally bursting into tears. After hearing this everyone body was numb, their minds were not functioning properly.
