Chapter 3 - The Scarlet Rose

*A/N: HE HAS BEEN REANIMATED, I LIVE AGAIN. I had been working on my writing skills so ima use a different style in this chapter and hopefully it looks better.*

Drake: "Sure why not, lead the way your majesty~."

August: "Alright princess if you would just come with me."

Drake: "WHO ARE YOU CALLING PRINCESS???"

*And he is walking away. First you invite me out then ignore me. Men are trash. I swear the audacity of this prince. Whatever, I'm here to study not anyways....oh well. We walked like 5 minutes before we reached the Rose Garden and it was even more beautiful in person. The different colored roses lined the walkways and arches while the middle had a gazebo with a table and chairs.*

August: "We are here what do you think?" *he asked turning towards me with a smile. But I couldn't even look at him I was completely and utterly entranced by the gardens beauty.*

Drake: "It's gorgeous...." *I said softly walking around and taking in the beauty of each rose.*

August: "I'm glad you like it, so you wanna tell me about yourself, my dear scarlet rose." *he asked chuckling as he sat down on bench and pat the spot next to him indicating for me to sit down.*

Drake: "Alright then," *I replied before sitting down.* "What would you like to know?"

August: "What is your home like?" *he asked to start the conversation on an easier note,*

Drake: "It is quite beautiful, from almost every point in the city you can see a full view of the world below. Since the kingdom is built on a mountain that is." *I replied with a smile thinking of my home.* "My room actually has a 360 degree view of the entire kingdom."

August: "Well that sounds quite breathtaking." *he said with a smile.* "What about your family?"

Drake: "Well there is my older sister, Erza who is acting Queen and her husband Jellal my older brother-in law. Who is acting eye candy for everyone else in the kingdom, the author and the readers." *he explained*

August: "Ah I see." *he said with the cutest laugh.*

Drake: "How about you?" *I asked him a pink tint on my cheeks from his laugh.*

August: "Well there is my father and sister, and that's pretty much it." *he said shrugging his shoulders.*

*I was about to respond as a butterfly was flying around us. So I stuck out my finger and the butterfly landed on it,*

Drake: "Well hello little one." *I said looking at the beautiful insect.*

August: "Wow, guess you really are a Princess." *he said with a smirk,*

Drake: *I looked at him with an unamused expression.* "Well if I was, my dowry would be too big for you to afford." *I retorted with a glare.*

*August had put his hands up in surrender with a dry laugh. And looked as if he was about to say something, until one of the maids came to us and informed us it was time for dinner.*

August: "Well my dear scarlet rose, shall we get to dinner." *he said holding out his hand,*

Drake: "We shall," *I said about to put my hand in his before retracting it and grabbing a rose for myself.* "Sorry, I don't give away my hand that easily~"
