Kagome's P.o.v•
He just asked me the weirdest question. "So you're a little bit younger than me?" He says and I say "yeah, but my birthdays tomorrow!" He looks at me shocked and says "me too? That's odd" 'wait! Shouldn't he be killing me for the jewel?' "Hey Inuyasha?" "What!?" "Why aren't you trying to kill me for the jewel?" "Uh.....I.....uh......can't?" "Can't why not?" "Do want me to!" "No just wondering, is there something wrong with me?" He looks down and says "I'm the half demon, there's something wrong with me" "no your perfect the way you are!" "Ugh!" "What?" I say confused at his outburst. "sorry, I just want to tell you" "tell me what?" I smell vanilla? Huh weird. "Hey, what's that smell?" "What smell?" "You smell like vanilla?"
Inuyasha's P.o.v•
'Oh no she can smell it too, means it's true!' "Huh Kagome?" "Yeah?" She questioned. "your my mate? That's why you can smell vanilla on me and I can smell it on you!" "Huh! Wait you already knew and you just told me!" She looks away and blushes and I blush to and she says "now what?" I lean in and she looks straight at me and says "what are you doing?" I go even closer and she kinda moves back but then I move close again and I press my lips against hers and she doesn't kiss back but then she gives in and returns the kiss. I release our kiss because of my stupid needing to breath and she says "wow?" "What?" "That was actually pretty amazing" "you're not bad either!" I hug her and i hear a oh and I say "I promise I will protect you forever. you're my mate after all so You'll live as long as I do!" "Okay" she smiles and says "Why me tho?" "I dont know just my instinct, I guess" we release our hug and she says "we should get back Keade is probably thinking you're trying to kill me and btw your still jot getting the jewel" he says "eh" I start walking and I say "I don't want anyone to now about this right now so pretend I talked to you and you hate me" "okay? So I just glare at you and stuff and not mean it?" I nod and I say "I'm gonna run like I'm afraid of you!" "Okay!" I hear him say and I run like hell back to Keade's village and she says "you alright child, do you still have the jewel?" "I'm fine and yeah I have the jewel, I talked to him so he's no threat okay!" "Okay child get some rest, I'll watch for the hanyou" I nod and run inside her hut.
Keade's P.o.v•
Kagome runs into the hut and I see Inuyasha and he says "where's Kagome?" "Leave her alone she's resting" "I will not!" "Ye will love her alone or I'll get a demon slayer!" "Eh fine whatever" he walks off.
Inuyasha's P.o.v•
I love her I think. I should right she's my mate anyways. We'll have to mate soon, I'd have to mark her as mine. I perk my ears up to ear Keade and Kagone talking "How are ye feeling child?" "I feel great, I just wish Inuyasha would just be himself and not become a full demon he's perfect the way he is?" "Well half demons are usually bullied by demons and humans" "oh I had no idea!" I hear and almost cry at the times I got bullied. then all the lights in the village go out. I hop in a tree and then I hear rustling down below and I hear "Inuyasha?" I look down to find my mate. Kagome. "Hey!" "Hey, could you help me up?" "Yeah!" I jump down and scoop her in my arms and I jump back up and she snuggles into my chest and says "Inuyasha?" "Yeah?" "I think I love you" "I think I love you too" she turns around and smiles and leans in and kisses me with all her might and I kiss back.
Morning•Kagome's P.o.v•
I open my eyes and realize I slept in a tree with Inuyasha when where supposed to be hating each other. "ah!" "Huh! What is it?" "Sorry but where suppose to you know what, hate each other!" "Yeah right!" He pushes me off (smooth move right) I fall backwards and I fall into a haybale (talk about good luck) "ugh! Inuyasha! That hurt" "sorry" I get up and walk around and Keade says "I woke up and ye weren't there where were ye?" "I got up early and helped some villagers out!" She nods and walks away slowly and I sigh and I walk into the forest because I know he's following me. I sit against Goshinki (the sacred tree) and I close my eyes and then I feel a warm breath on my face and I open my eyes to see golden brown eyes staring in my eyes. I smile and says "hi" "hey!" He says smiling. "I love your smile!" "Me too, I love your smile too" I hug him and say "Inuyasha I promise I will not let any villagers hurt you!" "Okay same with you expect with demons and humans" I smile and say "ugh funs over, gotta go help Keade!" I kiss him and I get up and walk back to the village. I enter Keade's hut and she says "okay child what's going on? You leave early in the morning and come back late?" "Nothing I'm just trying to find a way to get back home to my era" "your era?" "What year is it?" "17th century?" "Wow I'm from the 20th century" "so ye are from the future how'd you get here?" "I got pulled through my family shrines bone eaters well I'm 500 years in the past!" "Inuyasha was sealed on the tree for 50 years, so that means ye came back 500 years from the future and ended up 50 years from Inuyasha being sealed?" I nod and say "I have to get back and see my mom she's probably worried!" "Try and see if Inuyasha will go with ye?" "Okay!" I walk to the well and say "well here it goes!" "HEY YOU'RE NOT GETTING AWAY FROM ME THAT EASILY KAGOME!" 'Uh oh! He'll never let me go back home for a while!' "Fine I'll wait till tomorrow morning to go home Inuyasha I need to see my mom, I miss her!" "Won't you miss me?" He says with his head down and I say "yeah but maybe you could come with me, if you can pass through!" He nods and we walk back to the village.
