Ezra' s Point of Veiw

When someone knocks on the door I grab a t-shirt and try to cover my chest as I go to answer it.

I sigh in relief that it's just Aria. But it drops to a frown when I see the tears streaming down her face.

"Aria, what's wrong?" I ask as she steps inside, shutting the door behind us.

She crashes into my arms in a fit of sobs. She holds onto me like if she lets go she might lose me forever.

"I'm so sorry Ezra." She cries.

"What happened Aria?" I ask gently, sitting on the couch and pulling her up close to me.

"I'm pregnant." She whispers falling into me.

Oh my God...

"Okay I want expecting that..." I start off shaky. "But we will get through this." I reassure wrapping my arms around her so she's knows I'm here for her."together." I add kissing the top of her head.

"Okay." She says nestling into me.

"this is my fault..." i finally admit.

"no its not." she says closing her eyes.

"no it is. i did this to you... i ruined everything..."

"no. this is just another step. another sign that we're meant to be together." she says.

"you're right. come here." i say placing my hands on the small of her back, meeting her lips with my own. "I love you, Aria."

"I love you too."

LATER THAT MORNING AT SCHOOL

"okay, based on last nights reading assignment, who can summarize what's happened in the forst three chapters and what it means for the rest of the text?" i ask, totally not even able to focus on what im teaching."UM, Emily. what do you think?"

"i think that the main character, Jasmine, has an alterior motive as to why shes seeing her teacher, Darian." Emily says nervously.

"well if they met before they were student and teacher, dont you think that its okay, you know as long as they really do care about each other?" i question.
