"Aria. aren't you tired? its 4 in the morning." Ezra asks rubbing his eyes and turning the TV off.

"i don't know." i say.

"well hey, come here. its late." he says picking me up and heading back to bed.

he wraps his arms around me and pulls the covers up to my chin and closes his eyes drifting back to sleep.

i cant help but notice the arm draped over my stomach. the stomach holding our baby. our child.

when i wake up i see Ezra in the kitchenette looking especially happy.

"morning." i say stretching my arms and laying my head back down on the pilllow.

"Hey! your awake!" he says sitting on the edge of the bed and leans over to kiss me.

"well someones in a good mood today." i say smiling and kissing him back.

 "yeah i am." he says giving me a longer kiss. "I love you." he adds smiling brightly.

the bell rings and i take the last few steps into the classroom with Spencer.

"Miss Hastings, Miss Montgomery. your late." Ezra says in that superior teacher voice.

i hear Nole make some comment about me being slow because im pregnant but i just roll my eyes and take my seat in the back of the room.

"Now. i just want you all to know. that me being here has been great. i've loved spending time with you guys. i met some truly amazing people." i blush a little when his eyes meet mine with a cute grin. "and you all really do have me...just... awestruck." he says.

the class seems kind of confused as to the motives of Ezra's speech, and im as clueless as anyone.

"i got a call this morning." he starts off, still looking happy. "I was offered a position in the English department at Hollis University."

i cant supress a smile of my own and i want to run up and kiss him.

but of course i dont.

"so that means." he says now speaking only to me- but the others dont know that- "i won't be your teacher anymore."

i feel so excited that i want to jump up and down. this si great. Ezra won't be my teacher anymore.
