𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐝𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐧 𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬 𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐭𝐥𝐞 𝐩𝐞𝐭

【Ｔｈｅ ｓａｄ ｂｅｇｉｎｎｉｎｇ】

NARRATOR:

As per the normal day. Tanjiro Kamado awoke from his sleep at the brisk brink of dawn, His siblings restings their tired heads. Nezuko was in the smaller shaped kitchen cooking breakfast. Some boiled eggs and some freshly made bread loaf from the wheat she picked from the field. She hummed a little tone to the melody of the songs they sing during the festival of lights. 

TANJIRO:

I slowly snuck up behind Nezuko making sure not to step off the numerous cracks and loose planks on the floor. I snuck up closer and closer. Soon I was almost able to reach her Kimono.

NARRATOR:

As Tanjiro got close enough he jumped out and said "GOTCHA" very loudly. Nezuko jumped and threw the empty pan she holding at him. Luckily it missed him. The pan clanked and clattered on the ground as everybody else had awoken.

KIE KAMADO-MOTHER:

Tanjiro, Nezuko be careful the last thing you want to do is break something or hurt somebody!

NARRATOR:

Both Nezuko and Tanjiro bow down and apologize to their mother. She says it is time for Tanjiro to go and drop off the coal. Tanjiro picks up the basket and like usual his little sibling begs to go with him.  

KIE KAMADO-MOTHER:

No you all Tanjiro can't use the cart with all this snow and he can't carry you and the coal.

NARRATOR:

The kids frown but then snap out of it when Nezuko announces the food is ready. Everybody runs to the eating area. (Don't know what they're called sorry!). Except for Tanjiro who grabs a few slices of the bread and says he'll eat it on his way. His little siblings come and give him a hug and his mother comes out and wishes him fair travel. He sets out after saying goodbye to Nezuko. Little did he know. That's the last time he will ever see his mother and family alive.

Author-Chan note

Nezuko is not considered to be a younger sibling instead she is more like a secondary mother. Tanjiros father left when Tanjiro was younger but he remembers where he got the Hanafuda earrings. ( This is important for later :))
