"Turn on the TV," I said, laying down on the couch. A black and purple-haired Mellisa came in.

"Indigo, get in here!" She yelled, turning towards me. I sat up, and she sat down, patting her thigh, I lay back down. She placed her hand on my head, slowly rubbing her fingers against my head.
Suddenly, A ginger Indigo comes running in, ragging their cat in their arms. They grab the remote and turned on the TV, The news being showed.

"Today marks the eighth anniversary of fifteen-year-old Clide Katz being brutally murdered. Police consider that he was beaten with a baseball bat. No evidence has been found that would've led to us, finding the killer."

"Still can't believe that happened to him." Indigo sighed, stroking their hand against the cat. We hummed in response.

"Fucking brutal," Mellisa commented.

Sighing, I pushed myself against Mellisa's thighs, her scratching her fingers against my head. It's still hard to imagine that happened to him. I don't honestly know how I feel about it. I mean, he was an asshole. He was harassing others and was evening touching girls. Gross, but typical. Even though he fucking sucked, he didn't deserve such a fate.
"Can you not be horny for five minutes?" Indigo suddenly spoke. I turned around, shoving my face further in, or at least trying to.

"If Todd wants his face in my thighs, he can do so as he pleases," Mellisa states, rubbing the back of my head.

"Jealous," I mumbled.

"No, I'm not!" Indigo shouted, mumbling to themselves.

"Onto further news-" The Tv interrupted. "A masked murderer is still on the loose to this day in Dynalis county. Witnesses say that they wear a pink mask, with something sticking out of it, but they can't tell. Everything else of their clothing appears to be black or dark blue." Though the Tv continued to play, a huge silence grew between the three of us. It's odd to think that there is a murder in our county. Even our neighborhood, maybe it's one of us... I rather not think about it though.

"Hard to think that there can be a murder here." Indigo broke the silence. Mellisa stretched, sighing.

"Let's just hope it's in the western part of the county, don't need that shit here." She said.

"If anyone has any information that can be helpful to the police, please contact-" The TV channel suddenly changed.

"Indigo, what the fuck?" Mellisa spoke, sitting up more, causing me to move. Smirking, I slap her thigh. She slaps my head in response.

"It's just too much, man." Indigo sighs, putting the Tv remote down.

"Makes you seem kinda sus." I lifted my head.

"No, it doesn't!" They exclaimed. Their cat getting off of their lap, walking probably into the kitchen.

"Hmm... a little sus." Mellisa stated, causing me to laugh. Indigo pouted, turning away from us. I sighed, sitting up.

"We're just messing with you Indigo." I said. They were still turned away from us.

"We can watch your animal show." I said, turning around and laying back down on Mellisa. They turned around, facing the TV smiling. I could hear Mellisa groaning.

"Not that dumbass animal show." She whined.

"It's not dumb!" Indigo exclaimed, causing Mellisa to scoff.

"It's honestly really educational." I stated. It honestly was.

"Whatever." Mellisa said.

Mellisa stood up and walked out of the living room. I adjusted myself on the couch I'm laying on. We continued to watch TV for a good while... it feels nice.
