Entering the Megamycete

Okay.... I realized smh about the first chapter, sooo K's REAL name is DION K WILSON???? WHY NO ONE TELLS ME THAT WAS HIS REAL NAME-  at first when I write the chapter I was like "Wait a damn minute" anyway Imma call him Dion

...... 

Dion opened the door as he entered the room before the teenagers entered the room too. 

"You already now Miranda and the mutamycete. How she researched it obsessively and performed experiments on human subjects." Dion rushed to his computer desk while the two teenagers explored his room. 

"Like me." They replied in unison. 

 "Exactly."

But (Y/N) not so sure who (Mother) Miranda was before she met Raiden since they were young. 'I have known Raiden since I was 7 years old. But Miranda? Who is she?' She glanced at him, Raiden noticed when she was staring at her. The (H/C) quickly looks away with a small blush, he snickers quietly with a smile.

 "What you don't know is that we recently found some of her research. Apparently, she discovered a Purifying Crystal that can remove the mutamycete from its host." K suggested. Raiden and (Y/N) glanced at each other with a questioning look.

"Purifying Crystal?" Raiden questioned.

"If we can get our hands on one of these, we might be able to weaken or remove your powers entirely." He glanced at the teenagers, (Y/N) slowly put the jar with a disgusted expression.

"Are you kidding me?" Raiden assented, "Wait what? Really?" (Y/N) raised a brow.

"No, no, but her notes are incomplete." He consoled, "However, I think I have an idea where we can find the rest of her research."

"Then let's do it! Let's find it! Where is it?" Raiden gushed.

"Isn't this one?" She pointed at the container, with a nervous expression on. Raiden's smile falls, "What?" He raised a brow.

"Yes! That's the one! That's the fragment of the Megamycete. It absorbs and stores memories from people who pass away in close proximity. Including Miranda and everything she knows." K commented with a gesture.

Raiden wraps his arms around (Y/N)'s shoulder protectively. "If you both enter its consciousness, you might be able to solve the mystery of the Purifying Crystal."

"Wait, what do you mean 'Enter its consciousness'?" (Y/N) blinks twice, "Ok, so you two... Your deep connection will allow you to explore the information within." he answers.

Raiden glances at (Y/N) before him, "That sounds crazy. You sound crazy." She mumbled, they slowly stepped back at him. "Yes, yes, yes Raiden, (Y/N) but not dangerous."

"Right, think of it just, like, walking through somebody else's memories."

"You really think this can work?" Raiden questioned.

"I think it's worth trying. What do you have to lose?"

Raiden and (Y/N) glanced at the container, "H-how do we even do this?"

"You... crap... I-I don't know." K sighed, annoyed.

"You mean... Raiden and I will hold this and close our eyes or something?" She suggested. K nodded without hesitation.

"See what happens." He muttered.

"Okay..." She slowly grabs the container. "Fine... I might even regret this." Raiden said sarcastically.

They put their hands on top of the container. (Y/N) keeps muttering about saying 'We can do this' many times.

The container slowly glows with their eyes closed.

And everything went dark.
