Trevor's POV: "We been on the game all morning. Ts lowkey getting boring asf!" I said to Davon through the headset. "Man facts bro. We should go somewhere... like to the mall or something" , Davon replied back, agreeing with me. I just chuckled because I was gone say the same shii. "Alright let me put some more clothes on then I'll come pick you up" , I told Davon taking off the headset. I yelled to Treyvon and told him to hurry up and get dressed or he was gone get left. I didn't tell him where I was going but I already knew he was gone be down to go anywhere and get out the house. We both got dressed and went downstairs to let mama know we was leaving. We hugged her and I made sure to check and see if she needed anything while I was out. She told me no but I already know, once we are otw back home she gone call and ask me to get something. I locked the door to the house while unlocking the truck door so Treyvon can get in. I climbed in the truck and you already know the first thing we had to listen to was Jungle by A boogie with a hoodie.
—_—_— 30 minutes later, after picking up Davon and arriving to the mall—_—_— "Y'all already know the first place we gotta go to is Nike. Gotta cop me a Red Nike Tech Fleece (hoodie and joggers)!" I said, turning the car off and climbing out the truck Davon and Trey both replied at the same time "WE KNOW!!" "Fashitsho!" I replied knodding my head. We walked into the mall and went straight to the Nike store. As soon as we walked in Trey and Davon went to the shoe sections to look for some shoes. Suddenly I felt somebody staring at me and when I turned my head, I saw Jaleigh. We go to the same school but, we don't really see each other as much as we used to. Ian gone lie I had a crush on her in eighth grade. She always had drip on when you see her. She pretty and smart. Unlike most girls at our school she was never really in the mix of the drama. I was so caught up in the way she looked, I forgot she was staring me down. I wasn't staring at her I just glimpsed a few times at her.I was gone go talk to her but,...then I see she was with her bestfriend. Ian want to interrupt what they had going on. After a couple seconds she stopped staring and checked out. They left the store so I continued to look for that set I was talking about earlier. As I was "looking" for it, I couldn't stop thinking about Leigh and started daydreaming . Trey and Davon walked over to me to see if I was ready to go, but I didn't hear anything they said because I was too busy daydreaming. A couples seconds passed and I felt Trey swipe my neck to get me to snap out of it. Davon started laughing and said, "Well who on yo mind that heavy?" "Nigga what? i ain't thinking bout nobody I just got hungry and was trying to figure out if we should eat here or get some Zaxby's..." I said, trying to play it off."But let's just go I didn't find the set in here...did y'all find anything?" "Nah but let go get some food cse I'm hungry too. Let's get Zaxby's fasho", Davon agreed.

I got her some Zaxby's and she got upset bc we didn't tell her we was going out. Even though she was with her bestfriend. Then I proceeded to walk upstairs to my room. Leigh's POV We played 8ball 2x and the we played the Dart game. I lost in the 8ball games but he didn't stand a chance against me in the Dart Game. I ran to the bathroom and snatched my bonnet off so I could brush my hair. I put some chapstick on and then lip gloss on top of it. I'm probably doing too much but, don't judge me like some of y'all haven't did this before either! I heard my phone ring and threw my lip gloss in my make up bag before rushing to answer the phone. "Wassup😁!" I said answering the phone all nervous and shii. He replied saying, "Yoo, what all you did today?" He was on the game playing COD with Davon and their other friends.. "You probably seen me with Zyah in the mall but, she decided to surprise me with a nail date. After that we went to the mall as you seen" , I said calming myself down and trying to act regular. Why do I have butterflies already and the conversation just started?(I thought to myself) "What all did you do today?" "Not much. When I went in the Nike store, I was trying to get a hoodie and jogger set.... But, when I seen you, Ian gone lie I couldn't stop thinking about you . I forgot all about the set cause I just wished that I got your number then. After that, I was in a hurry to get home so I could text you" , Trevor responded openly and honest. Listening to him tell me that, gave me a lot more butterflies🦋. What is wrong with me? I talk to him one time and start drawing in butterflies 🦋 .(I thought to myself again.)
