5. the hospital

*kians pov*
few hours later sam, trevor and i stood in front of the hospital. miss caylen came outside to lead us to jc and jess. she told us jc was already awake because his injuries werent that bad, but jess hasnt woken up yet. when we came into the room we saw 4 beds, 3 of them were empty and on the side of the other one we saw jc sitting with his face burried in his hands and we saw jess laying there, still unconsious. she got so many injuries, she's going to get an operation in a few hours and even though i dont really know her, she still felt like family, i'd still treat her like my little sister and i was really worried about her to be honest. the doctor came in to tell us about the surgery.

*jc's pov*
the doctor told us she might wont make it because 1) she can lose a lot of blood 2) they can hit a nerve which can kill her 3) after the surgery there might grow a tumor in her body. after he left i started crying even harder because even though she hasnt been my sister for a long time i love her as much as Jaylin and i dont want to lose her.

*sams pov*
everybody in the room was crying and so was i, a few tears escaped from my eyes when i got a text from connor saying that they were in front of the hospital. i told jc i went to pick up connor and ricky and when they came into the hospital room they were really in shock and i also saw a few tears on their cheeks.

*jcs pov*
visiting hour was over so the boys had to leave and my mom and i could stay. ricky promised me to pick up Jaylin and Joe Felix from school and bring them home and take care of them while jess is in surgery.
the doctors came into the room and drove jess to the surgery room.

*rickys pov*
i grabbed my car keys and drove to jcs siblings school with kian. the whole ride to their school was death silence. at the caylen's house we played a few games to try to cheer up a bit when we got a text from jc saying: "jess just got out of surgery.."
we all got into the car on our way to the hospital.
