LILIS POV
After I had gotten myself ready to go to serens I walked downstairs to get my shoes. I wasn't dressed fancy I had my black leggings on with my hoodie there wasn't any point in getting dressed fancy any way, we will probably just lay in her bed and watch movies. After I got my shoes on I made my way back upstairs to get my phone which I forgot to bring downstairs with me I heard my mum speaking so I'm guessing she's upstairs in her or Roses room I made my way out of my room to try find my mum who was in roses room picking and outfit "Rose wear this please" "NO I WANT A DRESS" "Rose it's winter baby you can't wear a dress" mum said starting to lose her patients "NO LET ME WEAR THE DRESS" it's not often Rose misbehaves for a fact she never does misbehave she's an angle but she didn't sleep much last night we had a sleepover in my room and watched a lot of movies My mum looked as if she was about to burst so I went to roses wardrobe and got a similar outfit to me because she couldn't turn down the offer to match "Rose look at what I picked out for you" I showed her the black leggings and a similar hoodie "yay we can match Lil" "yes we can but if you don't stop misbehaving you can't stay in my room for a week" she just nodded her head and gave me a hug whilst taking the outfit from me.
About 20 mins later, everyone was ready and it was time for me to leave to go see Seren I was really excited and I know Seren was she has gone on and on about it for a week.
We all got into the car and I sat in the front cause I'm older than Rose so she couldn't sit in the front. My mum lets me pick the music, so obviously I put Taylor Swift on and I decided on the album's reputation cause I mean who doesn't love it. We were about ten mins into a 15 min drive and Taylor was still playing my mum and Rose were singing along to. Eventually, we arrived at Serens I got out of the car and knocked on her door. Her mum Cleo let me in "hey my love Serens upstairs in her bedroom" she told me as she gave me a hug, I hugged her back and ran upstairs to see Seren she opened the door and threw me into her arms and hugged me "I missed you so much I whispered into her" sure it had only been a week, but we're both busy she does school through the week as do i, but she isn't homeschooled like me, I wish I could go to her school I don't like being homeschooled I mean Rose goes to school so why can't I, I mean I know me and Rose have different dads, but that shouldn't be a reason I mean I know I decided I wanted to be homeschooled when I was five but the idea of staying home with my mum when I had terrible separation anxiety from her was the life for me, but she won't let me go to normal school now.
"Oh Lili you have no idea how much I've missed you" "you just hug her tightly as if you hadn't seen her in years, but she's your best friend, and you are really close. You both pull apart from the hug and go sit down on the bed. Seren sits on one side I sit on the other side "what movie do you want to watch Lili" "can we please, please watch pitch perfect" I say, looking up at her" We watch it all the time Lils" I pull the puppy dog eyes that I know she can't say no to "fine" "hahaha knew that would work" she hits me on the back of my head "owww that hurt" she just laughs at me. We put pitch perfect two on because we watched pitch perfect one the last time she was down mine. I lay in her arms whilst we watched the film. I love my mum, don't get me wrong, but I'm not one for being hugged at all, but when it's seren it's so much different. I just feel so much comforted by her, she's beautiful I don't think of boys like this though it's strange I don't think I'm 100% attracted to girls, but I'm not exactly attracted to any boys, but I don't know it's all confusing. "Lili" I hear a voice, which was obviously Seren "I was thinking Lil would you ever come to public school with me" "Seren I really want to I'm working on my mum I promise" "Lil it's okay if she says no it's a big change for you and your mum" "I know, but I hate being at home every day I'd rather be at school with you" "I know my love" I blush at the name I don't know if she realized she called me that, but it made my stomach have a weird feeling I just ignore this feeling and carry on watching the film "do you want to do something" Seren asks "can we post on TikTok please please please" "fine" we make a few tik toks and post one or two of them I hardly go on TikTok a lot of people on their only follow me cause of who my mum is, but it is what it is i only post on it with Seren she made me get the app now I make her do them with me, it's only fair?
It was about half five in the evening and I had to go now "Seren I have to go to my mums outside" "come back next week" "of course" I gave her a big hug and my head was on her chest again. She's taller than me, she's about 5"5 I'm only 4"10, so she's a lot taller I say goodbye to her and make my way into my mums car "hi baby" my mother says as I enter the car "hey mama" "did you have a good time" "yeah I did mama, mama I need to ask you something" i prepare to ask about going to public school worried about what kind of argument could break out "what is it my love."
