Drip. Drip. Drip. The drops of rain tapped against his umbrella as he watched the casket be lowered into the pit. Harry looked up at the gravestone, "Lee Unwin, ☐☐☐☐- December 19, 1999." He could hear Lee's wife shriek, "no... No! No!"
Harry wished it was him. At least then, Lee could return to his family alive and take this place. Harry would've been proud. He glanced toward Lee's kid; he couldn't imagine how that child must be feeling.
He sighs as he watches as one by one, everyone leaves. Harry leaves the spot he was hiding and walks to the grave. He placed down a pile of flowers as well as Lee's hat. "You severed great Lee. I'll try my hardest to repay you." Harry turned away. There he headed towards Unwin's apartment.
--
"I don't need your help! I want my husband back!" Michelle shoves the medal back to Harry and sobs again. "I understand, Ms. Unwin." Harry looked around the apartment and spotted the young child playing with a snow globe.
He walked toward and crouched down to the kid's level, "what's your name, young man?" Harry asked the young kid. "Eggsy!" Eggsy replied, "may I see that?" Harry asked. Eggsy nodded and carefully gave the snow globe to Harry.
"Very pretty... Eggsy, I'd like to give you something." Eggsy looked up with a curious look. "Here, a medal." Harry gave the medal and snow globe to Eggsy.
"Take care of this and your mother," Harry said, patting Eggsy as he nodded and waved goodbye to the man as he left.
Harry quietly closed the door and walked away. He hoped that the young Eggsy would follow in the footsteps of his father. And maybe he can repay the death of his student.
--
"Today Kingsman, we're here to honor a fallen gentleman. His name was Lee. He was indeed a remarkable man and sacrificed his own life to save the others inside the room." Chester looked over to Harry, and Chester spoke again, "we will all remember him for his bravery, to Lee Unwin."
Everyone raised their glass and drank. After that, Chester left grumbling about something about being glad. The new Lancelot shook Harry's hand and then walked away. Merlin was off doing whatever he needed to do.
Then just two people were left, Harry and someone? He didn't know them that much, he just knew they worked in the Kingsman and was sort of friends with Lee.
Harry stood there awkwardly as the person cleaned up the mess left behind. "I'm sure losing such a great student is very hard to deal with," they said. Harry sighs, relieved that they broke the silence first. "Yes, but I'm sure you're feeling much worse than I am."
"Yeah, it is." replied the person, "Agent Galahad and you are..?" Harry asked while he helped clean the table with them. "Agent Gawain or [name]," responded Gawain. "I didn't expect you to reveal your name," remarked Harry.
"Well might as well, since you'll be dead by your old age." [Name] laughed as well as Harry. They were done with cleaning and went downstairs as customers flooded into the store. "See ya, [Name]" said Harry as he waved to them.
Harry waited for the cab to come back, as he waited, he spots Eggsy with his mom, and he smiles as he spots the medal on Eggsy.
He knew that he picked the right candidate for his position.
