Where all the magic starts

Anaymi and Dum dum had an amazing time together, exploring the strange new world, bathing in the waterfalls, climbing the willow trees, and eating fruits and vegetables from the gardens. But soon enough it was time for Anaymi to attend her new school, and boy was she nervous. She had no powers, how would she survive this? What would they do if they found out the truth?

Anaymi walked shakily as she approached her new school, Dum dum following close behind her. Her new uniform shinned in the beautiful moonlight, Anaymi was surprised she was even still living the sun seemed to never show itself here! The moon seemed to get farther as she got closer to the school, wasn't that strange.

"Yikes, was I suppose to fly on broom like everybody else?"" She thought out loud. As she walked towards the entrance she saw somebody already looking her way. She had black and tealish blue hair, brown eyes, and a warm skin tone. She waved at Anaymi, with her black cat stayed beside her.
Anaymi waved back, slightly confused. The girl walked up to anaymi, starring into her soaring green eyes.

"Hey! I didn't see you here last year, I'm kinda excited! We don't get new people a lot, not pretty ones at least. So I'm happy your here! Who's homeroom do you have?" The girl said, obviously excited. "Rickles.., oh and I'm Anaymi!" She spoke softly. "We have the same homeroom, no way! I can walk you there. And I'm Mia, nicknames are very welcome!" She spoke happily grabbing the girls hand and skipping to class.

As Mr. Rickles was taking attendance making sure everybody was here and alright, he didn't see Anaymi's  name on the list. He walked over to her eyeing her up and down, concerned. "Hey I don't think I have your name on my list?" He spoke calmly.
"Oh uhm.. The principal spoke to me a week ago! Ask her, Anaymi De La Cruz." She spoke, unsure of herself. "No need, I'll take your word for it and I'll have your name added. So many kids, no wonder they messed it up." He spoke, annoyed at the school.

Anaymi smiled at Mia, and Mia smiled back.
"Since I don't have a personalized schedule for Ms De La Cruz, can anyone offer to share your schedule just until I can get her a personalized one?" He spoked with his deep tone. The man had a light skin tone, he was balding with brown hair, only a few splotches of facial hair, and angelic blue eyes.

Mia excitedly raised her hand, she was so happy to have a new student she couldn't control her excitement. But there were a few other student who also raised their hands, but in the end Rickles chose.. "Anaymi, you will share a schedule with Mia Raini." He said. Mia sat down, excited to spend the days with her new friend. Anaymi seemed to enjoy Mias company over the next few minutes. Just glad she wasn't completely alone in this new place.

Next period they had Ms Olinas class. As they shifted classes Ms Olina called attendance, not even noticing Anaymi wasn't on her roster yet. This class was where they practiced and how to use it, but they weren't aloud to use they're powers just yet.
Staring off with something simple, hand motions and spell names. "Lovinous, draws in people to have more love for a specific thing. You must have that thing inside you head whilst trying to cast this spell, and you must move you hand in a circular motion at first then move it straight up." Ms Olina yapped, demonstrating how to preform the spell.

After the class ended Mia jumped in excitement. "Last year they didn't really get to learn anything but this year, Lovinous!" She said, giggling. "When's our next class, mimi?" Anaymi spoke in her soft angelic voice as usual. "Uh.. not for another good 30 minutes, do you wanna go off campus for a bit? They have so many kids they'll never notice!" Mia said. "Uhh.." Anaymi started.
