This is the start of the rewrite, I just put it in here so you guys could still read my horrible writing from 2020💀 Because I'm definitely changing some stuffs in here, because I just realized that I made the remaining members of Team Natsu a bunch of psychopaths that frame people for their benefit. A bunch of Tom Riddle kinnies istg. Gosh, I forgot that I used to use First Person POV before.
And if you had read the manhwa/novel named "When The Villainess Loves" you'll know where I got the reference of the curse and where I'm going with this :D

It was supposed to be a normal day...
She was supposed to heading to the guild and spend it with Mirajane, gossiping of random things in life. This has to be a nightmare. Is the family's curse getting to her? Was it finally reaching her after being in a suspended state for seven long years?

She wouldn't dare to think of what the contents of the letter again. It was horrifying. She actually had to use her noble "etiquette" to silence the doctors, she was just glad to be able to do so. But she knew what had to be done. Taking out an obsidian purple chest, she took out a parchment and a quill. If she couldn't tell her friends and the master, there is one person who deserves to know it before anyone else.
After writing the letter, she took out a lighter and lit it up. The parchment was burnt with black flames, and she knew it reached that person. She took a deep breath and exhaled. She steel herself and went out of her apartment.
"Good morning, Lucy!" Mirajane cheerfully greeted her, as she took her usual seat by the bar. The beautiful barmaid is cleaning the newly washed glasses with Kinana.
"Oh, hello, Lucy-san," Kinana greeted.
[a/n: lol y'all thought I forgot the side characters names? I'm typing this while listening to class]
"Hey, Mira, Kinana, Morning!" She grinned. While being ignored by the first group of people you trusted hurts a lot, she still have the others; especially those who joined during the time Lisanna wasn't around.
"What are you ordering? The usual?" Mira asked, as Kinana took her chore as Mira immediately took out a frying pan.
Lucy nodded, chuckling at the older woman's enthusiasm so early in the morning, "Yeah, I'll have my usual, along with a hot choco instead of the usual drink,"
"Coming right up!"

Mira was humming happily as she made Lucy her breakfast. It was routine at this point ever since the guild decided to continue with the celebration of Lisanna's return. Don't get her wrong, she was happy that her beloved little sister came back, and was never dead. But she was appalled of how they're dismissing Lucy's presence.
Lucy is precious. She would agree with anyone who says otherwise. She was never a replacement for the feeling of having a little sister again, she was a whole new person she could dote on. Unlike Lisanna who enjoys being dressed up, she like Lucy's reaction on them. She was funnily hesitant to be dressed up like a doll despite being a previous noble lady.
She will punch Natsu and the others for making Lucy sad. Just because she's gone soft doesn't mean she can't beat them up.
"Here you go!" She said as she placed down the plate and mug. She teasingly leaned down and whispered, "I call it the Lucy Special,"
And it got the desired effect, she was blushing madly despite her pale cheek. She internally frowned, Lucy drastically paled over the past two months, she was pale as a ghost, it was worrying.
Wendy didn't say anything worrisome when she checked her over. All the little girl said that her magic was depleting for some unknown reason. But she couldn't figure it out. It is fine though, Wendy is still young and have plenty of room to grow.
"Miraa!" She whined in embarassment, making her and Kinana chuckled at the blonde haired girl.
Mira doesn't think that she could imagine a life without Lucy ever since she came into her life.

She frowned as she cleans her bloodied hand. It has been two weeks, and today is the day. The day she would leave Fairy Tail. Lucy already told the "landlady" to take care of the house, this is hers already, so the old owner just have to take care of the house until she comes back.
If she ever comes back at all, She thought bitterly. She packed every clothing she has, and had Virgo take it to the Spirit Realm. Lucy put on her bag, and looked over her room one last time, before sorrowfully locked it and went to the guild.
It was relatively empty, surprisingly. She looked around the guild one last time, she was sad that the others are not there, Gajeel and the others are on a job, Mira and Kinana are probably by the market. When she was permitted to enter, the two of them are staring at each other. Waiting for one of them to speak.
She was nervous, she realized. She was about to leave her home. And say goodbye to the man who has taken care of her and love her, someone she looked up to as a father and grandfather.
"So, what brings you here, my child?" He asked, breaking the silence she have bought into his office ever since she entered. Probably noticed her nervousness.
She took a deep breath. Here goes nothing. She gulped, before saying, "Master, I want to quit the guild."
"W-why? We could work this out..! We just have to avoid to the others! But why do you leave?!" He was trying to stop his tears but failed.
"It's personal, Master. Please. I need to quit the guild." Even she crying at this point, she didn't want to hurt him or make him cry. But she had to. She had to leave before she could hurt anymore feelings.
It was a cryfest. When he was removing the mark, he was doing it slowly, so after he said the Three Rules, he was telling her how much he loves her, and how proud he was of her. That her being is his child will always be one of his greatest joy.
"Fairy Tail will always be your home. Even if you have left with heavy heart, I sincerely hope you will always remember your good ones," Those words were repeating in her head as she went out. She was thankful everyone else isn't there, she won't be able to say goodbye properly without breaking down.
As she board the train to Hargeon, all she could think off was;
Goodbye Fairy Tail...
