Hmmm hi people here's another weird story

So there is these 2 adults they are both at a bar one of them asks for just water with ic the bar tender gives him water with ice the other asks for water without ice the bar tender gives him water without ice they both drink there water 20 minutes later the dude that drank the water without ice passed out and died there wasn't any poison in the water how did he die?
