Books falling down and making a loud thud whenever he sits down like he's a curse. But there is one book he always read or write that is safe for it to not fall easily like the other books. The lad looks at the book and sits down on the chair, flipped it to page one and sighed heavily.

Day 1,
          The day I got this book, the only book that rhymes with me, myself and I. The person who gave me this book killed themselves though. Why would they give it to me just for them to die? It didn't show any wrongdoings or what they call a curse. It wasn't controlling me. It was rather just a normal book that people use. I'm not scared but rather curious of this book's history. It's cover also says that this is a book of History. I wonder which history it is that this book is about.

Edmund close the book and glanced at the other books. It was like a cycle of life, whenever he dies in his sleep he would reset back to what happened in the past, at first it was like a curse but now Edmund got used to it. He was a sweet boy who never cheats on exams, quizzes or other tests they do. Edmund hated this cycle, how many times did he turn back? Was it the 100th time? No it was rather 587th time he restarted. What was he missing? What can stop this cycle?

"Edmund!"

Edmund heard that shout again, the girl he used to like, now she looks like an idiot for approaching Edmund. In the past he felt a "badump" feeling in his heart but now it's like a disgusting feeling seeing her walk towards him and approach him smiling happily. He doesn't feel pitiful but rather he feels hate seeing her every morning. Why would she stay beside him if she's just going to betray him in the end?

"Hello Aliceia, what about your brother? Did he leave first?"

Aliceia's brother Arius was the only loyal person towards Edmund. Despite resetting 587 times, he still chose to be with Edmund than help his sister betray him.

"He said he'll go to school later.. Let's go ahead Edmund!"

'Aliceia is so annoying' thought Edmund. Edmund smiled at Aliceia and pat her shoulder and said.

"You go ahead, I'd like to wait for Arius"

Edmund stood still, watching Aliceia walk away from him. Edmund tapped the air and a blue screen popped up out of nowhere.

The blue screen disappeared as Edmund walked away towards the convenience store next to the bus stop where Arius was standing there waiting for the bus.

'At this time, I saved Arius from getting hit.. The cause is because of the drunk driver who'll hit the bus he goes in.."

Edmund was 5 minutes early before the accident occurs, so he walked over towards Arius and tapped his shoulder causing Arius to flinch.

"Wanna walk to school Ar? I didn't go with Aliceia since.. Well reasons.. Hehe"

Arius looked at the road and then to Edmund and nodded as they both walked away from the bus stop.

Edmund stopped and looked back from the bus stop, which also Arius was looking since Edmund suddenly turned around.

*CRASH*

Screams and Blood were all there in the scene. Arius looked horified at the scene. He shivered and hugged Edmund's arm and was on the verge of tears. It was an opportunity for Edmund to see his stats.

Edmund tightened his arm and walked away, making Arius walk with him towards school. Arius was hesitant but asked Edmund.

"Did you know that'll end up happening Edmund?"

Edmund looked at him and shaked his head like an innocent person he is. Arius took the bait and believed him.

As they reached the main gate, whispers and glances were obvious. A student walked towards the two and asked.

"Hey Arius, did you see what happened at the local bus stop? It was horrifying! I thought you also got hit but luckily you're here, alive and well.."

Arius smiled at the student weakly not noticing Edmund leaving him, going to the 2nd floor to prevent another disaster happening which will kill 2 of the best fighters in the future disaster. The ground rumbles were starting, Edmund walked calmly, and saw the two best fighters.

'The twins, Amy and Andy, the ground is already shaking so I better hurry up..'

Edmund waved at the twins and held both of their hands. He smiled and said.

"The teacher won't come yet, wanna go to the canteen near the gym?"

The twins looked at each other and laughed, the three of them walked towards the stairs, the ground kept shaking, the three of them reached the ground floor and walked towards the field, Edmund stopped and looked back at the building.

*CRASH*

People evacuating, people running, and blood was everywhere too. It was a disgusting scene, the twins looked at the destroyed building and Amy hugged Andy's arm. Arius ran towards the three of them.

"What happened..? The building got destroyed because of some sudden earthquake.. Are you two ok? That was your classroom.."

The twins looked at Edmund who was glaring at one student who got their head crushed. It was Aliceia.

'If Aliceia is dead.. Then who started this.. I can't picture that Arius started it nor the twins.. What, no.. Who started the disaster..'

"Earth to Edmund hello?!!"

Edmund flinched and glanced at Arius who was concerned about him. He smiled and walked away, not saying any word and the other three followed him.

"Arius, you saw it too? No? Aliceia's head got crushed.. Are you alright?"

Arius looked at the field grass and nodded, he walked faster to reach Edmund, people thinking Edmund can see the future, and others thinking it's all a coincidence.

"Everyone please evacuate to the gate of the school!"

A teacher shouted, students ran to the gates crying some were injured and some were traumatized.

But the question to all of it.. What is happening to the world?
