Chapter 1: Reuniting

Sky's POV:

"Beep, Beep, B-"

I opened my eyes and unpluged my alarm clock, not that I was lazy and didnt want to get up to go to school I just hate that little beep the alarm clock makes.

As I got up from bed I felt something furry under my feet.

It was my guinea pig, Fuzz ball.

"Seriously Fuzz, how do you get out of your cage" I mumbled to myself as I put him in his cage.

"Squeak, squeak, SQUEAK"

"Im guessing you want lettuce dont you?" I told him as I petted his head and yes I speak to him.

I got up and walked over to my mini fridge and got lettuce (yes I have a mini fridge).

After I gave him lettuce I got my clothes , A yellow flannel shirt, some black skinny jeans and black converse.

I was about to get out of my room when I saw the photo on my wall.

The 5th grade dance photo from my old school, I felt like crying because that photo not only showed the school I missed the most...

It showed my freinds, my actual freinds Kris, Monica (We call her Jenn) and Marissa (we called her Jess).

We got split up because of middle school I went to Page, Kris went to Lane, Jenn and Jess are twins so they both obiously went to the same school ,Kander.

I did have freinds like Anna, Olivia, Winter, and Kailye from middle school but they just werent the same.

I stared at the photo wishing they were still here but not all wishes come true as they say.

I was still looking at the photo when my mom called me.

"Skylar you are going to be late on your first day of highschool!!!"

"Sorry mom coming!!"

I ran down the stairs, ate some french toast and got inside the car.

"So are you exited?" my mom asked as she drove me to school

"Yeah but do you think the classes are going to be hard?" I asked her nervously.

"Sky what type of question is that?! When you were in 5th grade you could read on a 9th grade level!"

( A/N what my mom in the book said is true!But I didnt skip any grades)

"Well yeah I guess itll be easy" I said as we arrived.

"Bye mom luv you!" I said I gave her a kiss and went inside the building.

As I walked past all the teens to get to my locker I bumped into someone.

"Sorry" I mumbled as I helped the girl up.

"Its okay" she said "My name is J- I mean Skyler"

"Cool thats my name too" I said as I walked with her to my locker.

"Hey look our lockers are next to each other" she said as she put her conbination.

I wanted to make my locker confy so I made a copy of the 5th grade dance photo and took it to school.

"Wait a minute did you go to forest elementary school!?" she said when she saw the photo in my hand.

Wait did you go to..."

"Anderson Elementary?!" She said exitedly.

"Shut Up!! Jenn its you!!!"

"Omg Gomez!!"

We huged.

"Wow its been like 3 years since weve seen each other!!!" I said.

"I know right!?"

"Wait lets see if we have any classes together" I quickly said.

Turns out we have the same classes!

We kept on talking until two familiar people came up to us.

"Gomez!? Oh my gosh is that you?!" Jess said

All four of us talked and laughed it was just what I wanted, I guess wishes do come true.

Well this was the first chapter of the first book ive written, well i've written other books but never really liked any of them so I erased them. I think this could be the book I will axtually finish!!!
