The as I open my eyes, morning light struck upon me, blinding my first sight of what’s happening before me. Blurred, dark and light colors, shapes, and little by little I gained my focus. Before me is a majestic creature the world could offer, beside this creature were a pair of violet eyes gazing on mine with tears and shock and mixed emotions. My brows furrowed as I tried to read its expression. And then the next thing I knew the two of them jumped and hugged me tight on my waist and neck. I was dumbfounded. I opened my mouth trying to say something and when I can’t find any words to tell them I slowly broke the hug, all of a sudden I felt cold, I pushed the urge to pull them and let me hug me yet I stared at them with confusing eyes. And finally asked, “Who are you?”. Was that me? Was that my voice? It felt like it has gone through an all week sore throat from crying. I brought my focus upon them shoving of my regards upon my voice. The one with the violet eyes started to break down, hauling on words I cannot understand. Where am I? “I’m Daniel, she’s Gabriel.” the majestic creature said. “Where am I?” and with that,a loud banging tud in my chest exploded like a bomb, I felt a sudden pain, then my sight started to run out as i I tried to scream all the pain,yet I was too weak to speak, then the next second I was already unconscious.
Daniel and Gabriel were shocked, they ran unto her trying to wake her up, Gabriel grabbed her shoulders shook them with all power as if she was just sleeping soundly, Daniel shouting "WAKE UP! WHAT HAPPENED?!" Again and again until someone broke their grasp, "Sir, pasensya na po pero kailangan nyo pong lumabas ng room." The nurse said. That's the cue for them to give her to the specialists. They went out of the room half-heartedly. Hearing the wild high pitch tone produced by the equipment connected on her chests. It was her heart beat going wild.
“Daniel, what happened? She’s unconscious again! It has been months and this is all we got?! To know in a few seconds that she has amnesia?” Gabriel yelled at Daniel. “I don’t Know Gab, I don’t know.” Daniel surrendered as he loses his hope…
“Let’s just wait for her next sight.” with that Gabriel darted out of the hall, crying, cursing, and devasted.
