You and felix were a very loving couple, felix loved you from the bottom of his heart and you did too, one day you felt some sharp pain in your heart and decided to visit the doctor thinking its just a little pain and it'll go away, after some tests the doctor told you that you are suffering from heart cancer, you were devistated and decided not to tell felix. Day by day you kept your distance from felix and started ignoring him, he kept texting you and masseging you but you ignored them cause you didn't want to break felix's heart more than this, you checked your phone and saw a voice note from felix but you didn't open it. Days later the doctor called you saying that he found a donor for you and you were byeond happy, after the successfully surgery you opened your phone to text felix and opened his voice note
hi my love i hope your felling better now, i dont think ill be here with you anymore, but I'm really happy that you'll get to live and don't forget whenever you need me just listen to your heart beats
