Turning your dream life into reality.

Hi! So this chapter is about turning your dream life into a reality.
So where do we start?
That's a very big question because there is so many answers that could be helpful and interesting, but my answer would be here.

step 1. Mindset. Yeah, you probably have heard all about how your mindset controls your life, but listen, cause it's a lot deeper than you think. Alright, let's say yesterday I was just having an off day and so not motivated for school or the day. Not a good mindset. This is where we dig deep into our thoughts and remember the days before. Okay, not so bad, and I'll remember how a few days before, I felt just like how I am now, unmotivated, tired, depressed. I survived the day, but I remember the little moments in my day. Like, someone holding the door for me. I was so down that day I couldn't even say thank you or smile. I feel guilty. Or the teacher gave us candy for getting the highest math score. I didn't give appreciation, I really wanted to but couldn't when I was drowning in my blanket of depression. I do not want any more feelings of guilt. I want to have a good day and think smart, helpful, and motivated. That's my mindset. Use that every day, don't feel down when you have so much to be grateful for, and you might not even be able to see it. If my day starts going downhill, it's time for a mental candy bar. Breathe, breathe. Breathe. Taking time to focus on your breathing builds a sense of peace. It's kinda weird, but it's just how humans are. Our breathing is always keeping us alive. Our hearts pumping lets us live. But thinking about how close I am to my own death if I just stopped breathing is so interesting to me. Like, I don't know if anyone understands, but it's so odd how it's just right there. It's kind of building an image in my mind, and it's weird, but I see me in different memories, and there is light next to me. Like I said, it's weird. But it's always there, and I never notice because I'm so caught up in the things in life that don't matter as much. It's like that movie, Soul. I really like it because it makes us remember how fragile life is because death is always right next to me. Sorry kinda dark, but it's interesting to think about. Like in the movie, the little guy or girl or thing is admiring this place for little things. Every little thing. Walking down the street and a leaf falls. They pick it up, and you get this warm feeling. It all makes sense in the weirdest way our brains can't comprehend. Embrace every little bit. Anyway, I could go on and on about this topic and now we are off topic so I'm gonna go to our next topic.

Step 2: Manifesting
This part is all about you and how much you put into it. But manifesting also goes with the Law Of Attraction. It's an easy thing to do. But the law of attraction just means if you give off positive energy or believe you do, you'll receive positive energy from the environment around you. That includes people or just life on its own. It's kind of like that thing people say. If you feel down or something, try just smiling. Smiling makes you feel a little lifted. It's odd, but it's all about faking it till you make it. Manifesting and our mindset connect a lot. That's why we kind of touched on that topic a bit before this. It's pretty simple, but another good way to manifest is writing things down in your journal. Write it several times. Once you're done, play meditation music. Read these several times until you believe them.
