Flashback
I was walking in the forest after a few days of traveling. So far I managed to convince two goblin villages to our side and already show their way to our village. Suddenly, Miria interrupt
[Warning. An ambush is laid by a group of bandits a mile ahead]
Bandits? Ambush? For me?!

Looks like some work had to be done about them.
[Activating noiseless step]
I then walk through the forest to flank them. Can't wait to see their expression when the hunter becomes hunted.
When I manage to get behind them, looks like they are still looking at the passage. They are four of them and none of them notice me? Weak!
Without waiting any longer, I struck my dagger toward two of them in the neck! They were surprised and their friend can't do anything as I pull out my dagger and kill both of them as well.
"That was fast"
I then check their belongings before making a campfire and enjoying some food. Tasty!
Suddenly, I hear something moving in the bushes. A second after that, an arrow flies out from it toward me and I successfully evade it.
I then throw my dagger and hear it hits its target and something collapses. I sneak into the bush and saw a human lying dead. Must be from this bandit group.
After that, I realized something is carved on the ground. I inspect it very closely.
"Is this a summoning circle?"
[Yes. Maybe for summoning some demon]
Demon eh?
When I pick up my dagger, the blood on it fell at the circle and it was starting to glow!
"What in the world?!"
My boot accidentally ruin some part of the circle and its glowing light changed! Then, my vision when completely dark.

"What's wrong Yksi?"
"Akemi sama magical trace........ It's gone"

"Just now"
"Should we tell the others about this?"

I open my eyes and slowly get up.
"Urgh. What in the world just happened?"
As I finished my sentences, Miria alerted me
[Incoming hostile!]
Hearing that, I immediately duck down avoiding the attack before getting up on my feet. In front of me, is a demon!
