Akko completed casting the spells.
She was also given a new name, Moon Light.
The 13 Valkyries trained Midoriya to become stronger.
Midoriya learned the abilities of the 13 Valkyries.
He learned the secrets of Volundr and how to summon Drive Weapons without the use of Valkyries.
The 13 Valkyries given Midoriya a new Name, Deku.
Deku thought it was a name that made fun of him.
But Goll told him the name Deku doesn't make him feel stupid or guilty.
It actually stands for Destiny, Elemental, Kindness, United.
Deku excepted his new name after learning the Name Deku doesn't mean he was useless.
Instead it made him feel stronger and be happy for who he was.
The Sage taught Usagi, the five elements and the 72 transformations.
He also showed her how to use her abilities as Sailor Moon carefully.
She learned about the secrets of the Moon.
She had completed them all.
The Sage giving her a new name, Crescent Moon.
Kojiro taught Ataru how to use a samurai sword.
He show him the skills of the sword.
Ataru learn carefully how to use the skills.
He also learn the secrets of the dragon's wrath that was actually a dangerous skill.
But he will only use it, only to save someone.
Ataru learned many more skills how to use the sword.
The also learned the secrets of The Sun & The Stars.
But he still remembers the Fallen, he has become after Lum betrayed him.
So Kojiro has given him a new name, Fallen Sun Star.
So that's how The members of the Holy Peerage became stronger.
