I no longer sit here,
I'm no longer alone there.
I have made this life my own.
My perseverance has shown.
I won't back down,
I no longer drown
In those fears.
That were placed there by my peers.
I have a whole new look in life.
One without grief, pain, or strife.
Instead it is full of adventure
And conquest.
Just me and the people I know best
Setting out together to our future.
