Fawn is a tomboy girl while Rosetta is kinda the complete opposite character who's the most girly-girl from the group, it is said that Rosetta is the eldest from the group while Fawn is the youngest before Tinkerbell is even born, they both have learnings to do since they often clash with each other
Fawn is all into games, loves getting dirt, go-with-the-flow and won't judge anyone from the books with its cover, loves animals and an open-minded person
Rosetta at the other hand won't do mud, afraid of getting dirt, critical, hates most animals, is easily judgemental, have good manners, all into beauty and make-up and loves flowers
yep they definitely clash with each other based on their likes, dislikes and their personalities but no matter what happens, they will always be there for each other like sisters
however i don't ship them though but i'm not against it neither, i sees them as just friends
