As I walk to the school, reporters are flooding the area. Gale Weathers stands infront of a building, talking to the camera. I can't really make out what she's saying though, since it was quite loud.

"Y/N!" a familiar voice calls from behind. My head jerks involuntilary behind me, and I see Tatum jogging up to me. "Gosh, did you hear what happened?"

I nod swiftly. "Yeah, God. Their deaths sounded so gruesome. Gutted and the other hanged?!" I reply, scratching my head a little.

"Hmm. She sat next to Sidney in english. Well not anymore!" Tatum mentions. I chuckle a little at her small 'joke'.

"Anyways, I gotta go to class. See you at . . . maths?" I say. Tatum has a bright smile on her face as she nods.

"Yep! See ya, girl!" she waves as I do the same and walk into the building.

"Hey, Sid!" I smile, tapping my friend on the shoulder.

"Oh, hi!" Sidney waves, a soft smile on her face.

"You've got english, right?" I ask. Sid nods in reply.

"Yeah. Did you hear about, you know?" she asks, keeping a little quiet.

I nod. "Of course I do, everybody's talking about it.. It's kinda making me feel like, unsafe not gonna lie, like what if the killer strikes again later?" I exaggerate, knowing there's like a 1% chance of me being a murderer's target.

"Yeah.. I wonder who it is."

"Probably just some crazy ass man who has a shitty life." I suggest while walking through the doorway, where Sid and I are greeted by many students.

I take my seat, which was behind Sidney.

Principal Himbry walks in. I know he is probably going to ask me questions privately outside because he's taken someone out of this class one by one for about five minutes or so. "Y/N, can I please speak with you?" he asks.

I rise up from my seat and follow him out of the classroom. He leads me to a room, Dewey was standing at the side as well as another police officer.

"Hello, Deputy Dewey." I smile softly.

He nods and smiles back. "Morning, Y/N."

"So, how's your relationship with Casey and Steve?" he asks.

"No, we didn't really talk that much. Rarely we spoke, but not a lot." I reply.

At lunch, I sit on the fountain with my usual group of friends, which included: Sidney, Tatum, Stu, Randy, and my boyfriend of course, Billy.
"What type of questions did they ask you, Y/N?"

My head faces Tatum. "Well, they asked me about my relationship with her, like if we were they close."

"They asked me that two." Sidney mentions.

"Hey, they ask you if you like to hunt?" Stu asks.

"Yeah, they did. You?" Billy says as I sit in between his legs.

"To hunt? Why would they ask you if you like to hunt?" Tatum asks.

"Because their bodies were gutted." Randy replies quickly. I place my sandwich down. There goes my appetite.

"Thank you, Randy." Billy murmurs after a few seconds.

"They didn't ask me if I like to hunt." I mention, raising my eyebrows.

"Cuz there's no way a girl could've killed 'em." Stu smirks.

"Y/N could kill them if she really wanted to. Remember that time when she beat up her old bullies?" Billy states.

"That's different, Casey and Steve were completely hollowed out. The fact is, it takes a man to do something like that."

"Or a man's mentality."

"How do you.. gut someone?" Sidney asks in a nervous tone.

Everybody turns to look at her, not saying a word.

Stu is the first person to say something. "You take a knife, and you slit 'em from groin to sternum."

"Eh, might try that out one day on someone, thanks Stu." I whisper to myself, hoping that noone could hear.

"Hey, it's called tacked you fuckrag." Billy states.

"Hey, Stu. Didn't you used to date Casey?" I ask.

"Yeah, for like two seconds."

"Before she dumped him for Steve." Randy butts in, poking his head by the side of Stu's face.

Tatum scoffs. "I thought you dumped her for me."

"I did, he's full of shit."

"And are the police aware that you dated the victim?" Randy asks, obviously suspicious of Stu.

Billy's hand slides into mine. "Wanna go to the movie shop with me later, babe?" he whispers in my ear as he rests his chin on my shoulder.

"Yeah, of course." I reply.

"Stu was with me last night, okay?" Tatum states to Randy, who is currently thinking that Stu may have killed the two victims.

"Yeah, I was."

"Was that before or after he sliced and diced?"

"Fuck that case, where were you last night?" Tatum asks.

"Working, thank you."

"Oh at the video store? I thought they fired your sorry ass."

"Twice." Randy says, taking a bite out of one of his chips.

"I didn't kill anybody." Stu states, looking at Randy with a rather serious look.

"Nobody said you did, Stuart." I say, raising my eyebrows.

"Thanks, Y/N."

"Besides, it takes a man to do something like that." Randy explains.

"Yo, I'm gonna gut your ass in a second, kid." Stu jokes.

"Did you really put her liver in the mailbox cause I heard they found her liver in the mailbox next to her spleen in her pancreas." Randy asks Stu, his voice sounding a little amusing.

"What are you doing, fuck? I'm trying to eat here." Tatum growls, smacking Randy's arm lightly.

"You better liver alone." Stu jokes, which causes Randy to chuckle.

Sidney rises up to her feet and walks away.

"Liver alone!" Stu repeats, except louder before poking his extremely long tongue at Billy and I.

I roll my eyes and smack his shoulder. "Idiot." I hiss.

"Ow. Ow. It was a joke."
