Arthur is an expert in Spear and sword combat and excels in magic specifically Black and Ice magic. He is generally kind hearted and soft spoken, but can be more intimidating when he needs to be. While he says he's around forty, but his knowledge of the world seems to span decades. In truth he is not fully human but half Fey giving him a much longer life and having drank Fey water greatly extended his already long life. Not being full Fey he was shunned by others, even if he is the son of an Arch Fey, he was not welcome with in the Fey wilds or any of its courts. Around the time Arthur was 150 his home was raided and burned by the neighboring human kingdoms in fear of all the non-humans living there. In anger Arthur learned black magic and went on a revenge spree killing anyone who had a hand in the destruction of his home and people fully destroying two of the kingdoms. Afterwards he went to a faraway kingdom and opened an Inn, hired some people who needed help and ironically has some of his own wanted Posters hung up on the wall, though the person in the pictures look nothing like him.
