You would never expect the lead singer of a famous rock band, well known for her toughness to have a soft side for a sweet, redhead art student. If you think about it, they're barely alike! I guess that's what they mean when they say opposites attract.

Eleven thirty in the morning, the usual time for a sleep deprived artist to wake up at. Nao was laying down, head rested on her desk which was filled with scraps of her upcoming art project.

She had little to no rest at all, she couldn't even recall when she went to sleep. She was working herself to the limit for this very important project.

For the first few minutes, she was in a slight daze before sitting up and rubbing her eyes, she soon realised a loud ringing noise was coming from underneath the desk. "Ah... I fell asleep!" She said as she began rummaging throughout drawers to find her phone.

Her home screen was crowded with missed calls and messages from the group chat, she tried skimming through the texts but her phone started ringing again before she could read anything.

"H-Hello?" Nao muttered sleepily as she held the phone up to her ear. "Alice wants to go to a shitty bowling place where ten year olds host birthday parties! Tell him no!" Reko yelled, making Nao retract the phone a bit. "Bowling? I mean... Could you explain why we're talking about bowling...? A-Are you guys making plans without me?!"

She sighed, "No, dummie! We're gonna go somewhere today. We were spammin' the group chat but you weren't responding." Reko half-explained, before Alice interrupted her. "The cocktails there are amazing! Shin agrees with me, and I'm sure Keiji will too!" Nao mentally prepared herself to watch an argument between them both.

"Shin doesn't even drink, not with us at least! He's talking bullshit!" Reko huffed before continuing again. "If you're only gonna go there for the cocktails, we might as well go to a bar."

"I don't like drinking at bars! You're making everything difficult..." Alice insisted. Nao was still quite tired and wanted time to wake herself up to process all of this. "I-How about we discuss this later when everyone can have a say? I still need to get ready... Who is all coming?" Nao spoke, changing the topic to defuse the argument.

"Nao's right, let's toss this topic aside for a bit!!" Reko agreed, her tone seemingly calmer. "Me, you, Alice, Shin and Keiji. Though we could also ask Sara and Joe if they'd be interested." She listed.

"Great! I'll get dressed and head to your place! I kinda just woke up..." Nao smiled. "S-Sorry for not answering before...!"

"Yeah, we could tell. It's all good." She joked. "See ya later! Be here for around half twelve, gotta give everyone a time, you know?"

"I'll call Shin and Keiji right now." Alice said from across the room as a loud bang was heard. "Don't slam the door, dammit!" Reko shouted from behind her.

"Well... Bye!! I'll be there soon as possible." Nao hung up the phone and slouched back in her chair to think. "I still have so much work to do!! But... Maybe one day of hanging out wouldn't hurt...? They're my friends after all! Professor Mishima wouldn't want me to overwork myself..."

Nao decided to make herself a light breakfast, she made toast with butter and put on a dress with little red strawberries on it, they were slightly discoloured from the washing but still cute nevertheless.
