"Can you believe our old principle died?!" Clyde yelled. Despite being sat in the back of the van Clyde made sure he would be heard from outside and probably inside the homes they passed. It was never intentional but let's just say there's a reason he was sitting in the back.
"Dude, like, everyone already knew about that!" Tweek called from the passenger seat, his body turned and his chin rested on his seat so he could look at the rest of them.
"I didn't know that!!! How come you all knew that!" Clyde hollered.
"Clyde, honey. It's hard not to hear about quintuplets losing their parents and guess who that would be about. I think Ike or Karen or something spread the news? Either way, it doesn't take an astronaut." Bebe told, reaching her arm back towards Clyde and ruffling his hair. She loved her boyfriend but it seemed like his selective hearing got more and more selective sometimes.
"I mean, I think it wasn't too obvious. Th-they kept th- the news under wraps. It seemed to go over-er your head, but not P.C.'s" Jimmy added with a simple grin. Yeah, none of them really felt bad about it. But they all had their own opinions.
The minivan was a full one, and honestly with how much size most of them would just consider this a van. But the seats held all of them and the Tweak's insisted it was a minivan and who were they to disagree with the free use of something they needed pretty bad. Storage was important. Especially with a trip of fifteen high school graduates.
It was the start of summer and the heat was just starting to rise. And the class that spent elementary to high school together had proposed they go on a senior trip. Before everyone was sent away to college, why not have one last hurrah? They were all adults and it was nice to know they'd have another chance after graduation. Sure the people they cared for outside of these fine folks were going to be gone forever but it made the pill easier to swallow.
The suggestion itself started with an argument between Eric and Kyle. Kyle saying they shouldn't really do a trip, and then Kyle saying he would support the idea if Stan and Butters said yes. And then when they supported it he said if Craig and Tweek did. And slowly but surely it expanded. Eric was determined to prove Kyle wrong, they should get one last party, one last nice time with no distractions or worries. Their first official adult thing.
And the few it started off with got excited by the potential of it being bigger. As more people agreed and they got excited, agreeing to put money into it if it happened. Kyle had been determined to disagree since he thought he would have to organize it all and sort it all out. Plus he didn't want to get excited or try to set up something that wouldn't happen. So Eric did it all to prove him wrong. Eric stayed up late to look into different places until he found a good place for a good price reasonable for them all.
And that's how they all came together. Currently, three different cars held fifteen people along for the ride.
Kyle driving himself, Cartman, Butters and Kenny in his car. Wendy driving Stan and Heidi in her car. And Craig driving the Tweak's minivan that was apparently legal. Craig and Tweek sitting in the front, Nichole, Tolkien, and Bebe in the middle row, and Bradley, Jimmy, and Clyde in the back. Where there weren't people there sat everyone's bags.
All off to the same direction. Their own cabin with its own tiny lake behind it to swim in. Living a teenage dream surrounded by a forest. But for now, they were all stuck in these cars.
