Chapter II: Are you Fighting or Flirting?

(Your point of view)

“This isn’t your typical first day of school!,” Emily held the strawberry charm high in the sun. “Bring your arm down or a birds gonna think it’s an actual strawberry and take it.” You deadpanned. Candy appeared onto your sister’s head. “Collect all the charms and you’ll save my world! I told you that you were made for this stuff!” Emily pointed her eyes up to Candy. “I still don’t really get all of it, but why not! I can see it now!” She put the charm into her school bag and blabbed about her now being a “superhero.” “You know we need to get home right,” Emily froze. “Right..”

It was now later in the evening, and you were sitting across Emily and Candy in Emily’s pink filled room. Candy was teaching how to greet someone in Jubaland. It wasn’t any different  than some people in this world. You all hear a rumble sound. “What was that?” Emily asked. “My tummy does that when I’m hungry.” She stood on her stubbed legs. “What’s the matter with me, we can use the new Glitter Charm!” “Huh?” You pointed to Emily’s bag. “That thing you got earlier, pinks.” “Oh!” She took it out of her bag and held it out toCandy. “What do I do with it?” Candy opened the “glitter pact” and put the charm in it. A yellow light shined out and a woman’s voice came out of it. “Activate glitter Charm! Strawberry!”

A giant strawberry came from the yellow sparkles and Candy devoured it in a few moments. “I thought these charms were mega important! Not to order giant fruit!” Emily said in shock. Candy laid on her back when she finished it. “Oh they are very important! That’s why the five of you must collect them all!” You lifted the small pixie. “Since when were there five of them? I’m not in this.” “Oh right! The girls from my dream!” You looked at Emily. “So you can predict the future now?” Emily looked down. “Well, no, but I'm serious! I can’t believe I forgot!” she flopped backwards and landed the back of her head hard on the floor. “Oww..” she groaned with pain.
Candy pointed a nub at Emily. “Yes, the sooner you get them all together, the better. No offense, but you need all the help you can get.” You look down. “I tell her that alot,” “Gee, thanks for the confidence you guys.” Emily sassed.

                                           The Next Day -

You were walking to Emily’s school because she forgot her lunch. “Rainbow Hill Middle School, did the principal’s toddler name it or something?” you mumble walking past the sign. You looked at Emily’s school for registration stuff and remembered that she should be in lunch or reading to lunch. You were walking around the backside of the school and saw Emily talking to two girls, one with orange hair, and one with yellow hair. ‘What are the genetics of this place?’ You can’t say anything because Emily and your mom have pink hair while you had your dads (h/c).

You assume your blabbermouth sister was trying to tell them about the Glitter Force because they both looked super confused. She kept trying to convince them she wasn’t making things up, until Candy jumped at her from a bush and she sped away like the Road Runner from Looney Tunes. You follow them to the outside wall of the area. “Neh, what’s up doc?” You said mimicking Bugs Bunny. Emily looked back unimpressed. “I tried to tell them about the Glitter Force but it’s hard.”

“You don’t blurt it simple as that, they didn’t believe you,” you made her sit up right pulling at the back of her shirt. “Yeah! What she said!” Candy agreed. “Okay then, how would you tell them?” Emily crossed her arms  looking between you and the pixie. “I’m not in your club, so I don’t have too.” you crossed your arms. “Then I’ll tell ya!” Candy said looking confident. You and Emily looked at her as she stood silent. Before turning to the side with a smile. “You’re right! It’s tricky!” Emily groaned. ‘You really thought she had an answer?’ you thought.
