"You look beautiful sweetie." "Thanks Daddy." Taylor says through a blush. "How is Karlie doing? Is she ok?" "Oh yea. She's out there mingling with all the guests. She was worried about you." Scott replied. "Wait, me? Why was she worried about me? Is she having doubts?" Taylor asks, slightly panic stricken.

Scott chuckles at his daughter's reaction. "Darling, I don't think there is anything anyone could do or say to change that woman's mind about you. You're stuck with her. She knew you'd be worried and stressing about everything. She just wanted to make sure you were ok." Taylor smiles at what her dad said. That's typical Karlie. Putting everyone else before herself.

Before she knew it, Taylor could hear the music start playing. It was finally time. "Well Darling," her father grabbed her arm and linked it with his. "You ready for this?" A million thoughts flashed through Taylor's head. She wasn't sure if she was ready. She knew this was what she wanted, but then why was she nervous?

Suddenly a face popped into her head. It was the face she desperately needed to see. Those electric green eyes and that beautiful crooked smile that could melt her troubles away. That face belonged to the person she knew she never wanted to be without.

And then she heard it. She heard the words that make her heart stop every time she hears them. "I love you Taylor." She remembers the first time she heard it. It came out soft, almost like a whisper. Like it was meant for only her to hear. And that's when she knew. She was more than ready. That sunshine smile and warmth. Those strong protective arms. The love she never thought she deserved but was so grateful to have found it. She was about to ride off into the sunset for her happily ever after, with her sunshine.

(Taylor's View)

The wooden doors creaked open and Scott gave his daughter a kiss on the top of her head. Taylor took a deep breath and headed towards the aisle. She tried looking at the guests. She wanted to memorize every detail. But everything was fuzzy. She couldn't really make anyone out. A voice popped into her head. Another whispered request. "Look up."

That's what Karlie said to her right before they kissed for the first time. A smile crept across her face at the memory. And suddenly she could feel eyes on her. She knew the face behind those eyes. She only knew one person with such an intense gaze. It made her heart flutter. Smiling at the words in her head, Taylor's smile stretched from ear to ear as she looked up.

She was suddenly focused on the tall figure in front of her. She knew there were flower arrangements and bridesmaids and people. But all her eyes were focused on were those green eyes that she found herself getting lost in every time she looked into them. That sweet gentile smile that could bring her out of her darkest hours. She watched it grow from a soft surprised smile, to a loving smile, and the closer she got, the more she saw of that sunshine smile that stretched to show all of her teeth. "You're beautiful." Karlie mouthed to her. And even to this day, Taylor couldn't contain the blush that filled her cheeks as she smiled. She was finally here.

(Karlie's View)

Karlie could sense Taylor's nervousness. She knew her better than anyone. She didn't know what to do, so she thought of the truest thing she could, and whispered it, almost pleading for Taylor to hear it. "I love you Taylor." The music played and then everyone stood up and turned towards the back doors. Karlie had her head down, trying to control her nerves that were coming back. She was worried she might forget her vows. She knew Taylor was much better with speeches and expressing her feelings.

"Deep breaths Karlie. Deep breaths." She repeated to herself. She heard the doors creak open and Karlie lifted her head at the sound. She watched as Taylor's dad began walking her down the aisle. She noticed Taylor's head dip, as if she was trying to regain focus. "Look up." She whispered. A memory surfaced in her mind, her first kiss with Taylor. Taylor was looking down just like she was now. Karlie looked at her, hoping she could get Taylor to look up and see those beautiful blue eyes.

That's when Karlie saw the smile stretch across Taylor's face. She saw her head move and then their eyes connected. Karlie knew she how big her smile was getting. But in that moment she didn't care. She was completely blown away by the girl in front of her. Taylor always managed to steal Karlie's breath away. "You're beautiful." Karlie mouthed to Taylor as she was almost in front of her. Karlie saw Taylor's cheeks turn red.

She couldn't believe she was here. Karlie had everything she could ever want right in front of her. And to think this was only their beginning.
