I kept pacing back and forth in the living room trying to figure out what to do. Just staring at that package made me uncomfortable. Maybe it's not as bad as it seems? Maybe i'm just paranoid from what Gus had said to me? I should stop being a coward and open it. But with what i'm involved in, you can never be certain. I decided to call Lalo and ask him. "Hey Lalo..? can you come to my place for a second...?" I asked. "Sure. But why? you sound nervous." Lalo said. "It's important. Just get here please." I said. "Alright." Lalo said. I was sitting on the sofa when I heard a knock at the door. It was Lalo. "Heyy! What's up?" Lalo said while walking through the door. "Look. I got this package mysteriously yesterday. It doesn't have an address." I said. "Weird. Packages are usually supposed to have addresses on them."  "Yeah, I know. That's why it's weird to me." I said. "Did you see anyone drop it off?" Lalo asked. "No. I was asleep when it came." "Oh. That sucks." Lalo said. "Wait. What's that?" Lalo went to go touch the package and turned it around. "1213..? What's 1213 mean?" He said quietly. "What?" "1213. That's the number on the side." He said. "I know the number 1213! That's the number for where Gus lives!" I said kinda loud. "Wait. Like actually?" Lalo said surprised. "Yeah.." "Wow.. Do you think he sent it?" "Maybe. Now that we know it's Gus's number maybe we could open it?" I said. "If you want." Lalo said. I grabbed a pair of scissors and cut open the top of the box. I opened it and all there was, was a note. I picked it up and read it out loud. "I told you so." I said reading it. "What the hell?" Lalo said weirded out. "That's creepy.." I said. "Why don't we go pay the chicken man a little visit and ask him about it?" Lalo said. "Me and you together to see Fring? Yeah, no." I said staring at him. "Oh, come on. What's the problem? If anything goes wrong I'll protect you." "It wont look right If we-" "Come on. We're going." Lalo interrupted. "Ugh. Fine." I mumbled.

We then got in the car and drove to Los Pollos Hermanos. We didn't drive to his house because we knew he wouldn't be there at this time a day. We both walked in together and walked up to the counter. It still felt weird doing this knowing that Gus threatened me if I was with Lalo. We asked for Fring and he eventually came out of his office. The look on his face was disappointing to me. "Come in my office..." Gus said. Me and Lalo looked at each other for a slight moment before walking in. "Camila.. I thought I made it clear for you to stay away from him." Gus said staring at us both. "I know. We're only here because I was sent a package yesterday with a note that said "I told you so" on it. And on the side of the box it read 1213. Which is your house number. And i'm assuming that the "I told you so" represents me talking to Lalo. Am I wrong?" I said seriously staring at Gus. "What? You told this guy where I lived?" Gus said getting angry. "I thought he already knew. I didn't find anything wrong with it."  "There's lots of things wrong with it. And yes, you are correct. It was me. Because you disobeyed what I said. And now you are going to pay the consequences." Gus said. "I wont let you touch her." Lalo intervened. Gus opened his mouth to say something else but then Lyle (The manager/cashier) was knocking on the door. "Sir? I need you out here.." Lyle said. "Of course. I'll be there shortly." Gus said calmly. "You guys may leave. I'll talk to you guys more a little later." We all walked out and left.

Me and Lalo eventually made it to the car and we were just sitting there thinking about what just happened. But then Lalo said "Why don't we head out to Mexico? You can see my place." "W-what? I mean! Really?" I said surprised. "Sure. It'll be fun. You'll get to see my place where I live and my family and stuff. But the thing is, the last time I went here there was a whole shooting. So.. " "So..?" I interrupted. "So, we'll have to be careful is all. Let's go! It'll be fun." Lalo said happily. "Alright." I said while starting to drive toward Mexico.
