Aether ran through the forest as fast as he could, carrying a [H/C] haired person on his back. She shouldn't have known. She wasn't supposed to know! It was supposed to be him and him only! Now she has the guts to break through the game files and bring back the player.

It's not like he minded it. The player was actually kind of cute. Adorable even. 'No No- Bad Aether! I'm not supposed to fall in love with them! I'm supposed to keep them away!' He thought, brushing off the tiny blush on his face.

'If she finds out that I was the one who took them, I'm erased for sure.' he thought, shivering at the thought of getting deleted from the CHARACTER FILES. Despite having more power than her, he knows countless of cruel things that she could do to him.

To put it short, he is FILE.437H3R. Also known as AETHER.

He slowed down before stopping to catch his breath, panting. Looking around he figured out that he was making his way to the bridge Infront of Mondstadt's gate. Before he could step ahead, a voice interrupted him.

"Hey you! What are you doing them?!" said a deep feminine voice, different from the one before. There stood a medium haired ravenette, with periwinkle and almost unnoticeable baby blue eyes. Somehow, she looked familiar yet... Different? It was as if she isn't even the same person she looks like...

'Who is she?! I never saw her in the character files before-' Aether got cut off from his own thoughts as his body started moving on it's own, almost as if it was being controlled. Almost as if someone new is playing the game.

But it can't be, right? The player is right here, in his arms! Maybe the New girl has some abilities that he wasn't aware of. Or maybe....

....Someone new has joined the game.

‘what...happened?....’

That was the first thing he thought about as he gained authority over his consciousness. Looking around, he was at a completely different place as he... Walked forward? Was he sleeping while standing up the whole time?

But this place looked all too familiar to him. Suddenly he felt a person land next to him. It was... 'Lumine?...' He thought to himself as the blonde girl smiled at him. 'No... It can't be! There is no reset button in the game!! Is... the player... set free? Where are they?! Who is messing with the control system?!?' Aether panicked as he analyzed his surroundings, searching for any signs of the [H/C] headed player.

Lumine, who took notice of her twins weird behavior looked at him with a worried expression. "Hey, are you okay?" she asked, placing a hand on his shoulder as he flinches upon the contact. "Yup, all goo-" with a flash, a big flaming red portal opened up, not letting him finish his sentence.

A woman flew out of it, floating in the air as her appearance only spoke elegance and power. Her hair floated in the air as she swung her arm to the side, summoning two blade like weapons similar to the portal. "Outlanders, your journey ends here." She spoke, yet Aether thought that so thing was different. Something felt out of place, as if he messed up and now he was about to pay for the consequences.

"Who are you?" Lumine asked, stepping forward. "The sustainer of heavenly principles. The arrogation of mankind ends now." she spoke playing with a cube, before summoning one from the ground underneath them. They jumped away in time, summoning their wings and swords they lunge forward to attack, only to be blocked by giant cube-like tentacles.

Twisting and turning, dodging their attacks they finally get the chance to attack her, yet time seems to somewhat stop around them. 'Finally, I already know that I'm the chosen one, so- WHAT?!?' His eyes widened as the god uses force to let go of his sister, but then cube-like stuff formed on his arms, forbidding him to move.

"AETHER!!" Lumine yelled, he took one last glance at her before the cubes covered him whole, blocking his vision.

'Goodbye Lumine. We'll meet again, but now, please survive with this God awful corrupted file and get [Y/N] out of here before she finds them.' he sent a telepathic message to her as her face scrunched up in confusion before his vision went black.

The god, known as Kiana, played with two floating golden cubes, before throwing them off the platform as from far away, they turned to little gold sparks to shooting stars real quick. Both of them going to the opposite directions of each other. "What a bore. It would be a shame if something happened to... This precious little fella.." she spoke, amusement lacing her voice as she summoned a small glowing [F/C] cube. Playing with it as if it wasn't a person.

'Kiana, I swear, if you fail your job one more time, a horrendous punishment awaits you.' a voice boomed throughout her mind as her amused smile faded. "Fine, I don't see what's so interesting about this... Outlander, either way." she spoke, before commanding the cube to follow a certain golden shooting star.

"This might be an interesting show to watch!..."
