Chapter 1: Another day in Hell

Jaune POV

Everything started going downhill ever since that asshole Hyde enrolled to the academy and exposed my transcripts.
I know what I did was wrong but is this what I deserve for a bunch of papers!?

After classes with Prof. Oobleck, Yang came up to me to "teach me a lesson" by beating me up to a pulp. My Aura didnt help out that much and the injuries from Yang's beatings still hurts as hell

Thankfully Ruby isn't like her sister, when she saw me leaning by the wall with bruises and cuts, she immediately brought me to the clinic even though I told her that I can just go there myself, she insisted and took me to the nurse. Its a good thing that the nurse is nice to me even though I constantly enter her workplace because of the daily beatings.

I wanted to go sleep in my room but my team didnt want me near them, as Pyrrha said that she doesn't want a cheater near her, Ren doesn't want someone despicable in the same room with them, and Nora doesn't want a bad influence for Ren. As usual i went to sleep at the Janitor's closet. Its a good thing that Mr. Scottsmore allowed me to sleep in the closet but sadly the room isn't very comfy to sleep in, there isn't a lot of space because all my belongings are packed in bags on every corner and I literally sleep in a small foam with an old blanket that is most likely haven't been washed in the past 2 months.

Disgusting I know but it's all I have as most of the staff refuse to even give me a little help. But at least Prof. Port gave me some supplies for school since my family disowned me from the Arc family as they said that "it brings great shame to shelter a fool" . Tell me 'Father'! AM I A FOOL FOR TRYING TO ACHIEVE MY GOALS?!

I guess I should calm myself, but is it even possible to remain fully sane at this point? Just what did I do wrong?

3rd Person POV

Jaune formerly Jaune Arc jolted out of his small nap and looked up to see the angry face of none other than Glynda Goodwitch, his teacher in combat class.

Glynda: Mr. Arc can you tell me why are you sleeping in my class for 4th time this week?!

Jaune: I'm sorry Ma'am! I didn't sleep well last night.

Glynda: Another false excuse from a liar who got in with false transcripts.

Jaune: But Ms. Goodwitch, it's true! I barely slept for 3 hours!

Glynda: Come see me after classes

Jaune: But I-

Jaune felt a spitball land on the back of his head. He heard giggling from behind and saw that the one who shot it was Coco Adel alongside her team, although Velvet was sitting in silence.

Jaune: *sigh* Y-yes Ma'am

Glynda: Good *winks*

Jaune smiled a little in response. Glynda doesn't have anything against Jaune despite him being a goofball, he has excellent teamfight coordination making him excel in Leadership skills and he is a fast learner absorbing knowledge like a sponge.

((I'll be honest with everyone here, I have seen a lot of betrayed jaune arc fics with Glynda hating Jaune for his transcripts, so I did some thinking and decided to make her more likable than her other counterparts in other stories.))

Glynda saw great potential out of the blonde boy and it hurts her that someone with a good heart is being treated like an outcast. What's worse is that she couldn't help him in front of the students as it might affect the school's reputation according to Jaune.
