*Everyone finished packing & headed to the airport. Cody was needed in New York for a few more days, so Andi was gettin all sad. She was ready for him to come be with her, but she understood. After boarding the jet, they all strapped in & took off into the sky. Andi took her butt straight to sleep, leaving Fatima & Zac up with the opportunity to talk intimately*
Fatima: Zac, sweetie are you okay? You seem like something is bothering you...
Zac: Nothing is bothering me.... I was just thinking about Kelly. All she wanted to do was be a mother to her son, but some bad ass cop took that away from her.
Fatima: That's so true, it just makes you wonder what is going on in this cruel world.
Zac: That is so true...but I'm not going to let that haunt me. So... ummm... are you ready to get back to Ian?
Fatima: Well yeah, I guess so. You know he wasn't the happiest of campers about me coming to New York. Hopefully, he will be better after this lil time apart.
Zac: The thing that gets me is that this trip was strictly business. There was no reason for him to become so hostile.
Fatima: I know, and actually it was fun to me. You know, just relaxing, having good conversations, and good food.
Zac laughing: Yea you right about lol. We did so much talking and eating. I love me some good food.
Fatima: So what's in store for you back home?
Zac: umm I think I'm going to go hit the gym, take me a hot shower, and do some more relaxing.
Fatima: Sounds like a chill first day back at home.
Zac: I've been thinking about going to see my brother tomorrow, too.
Fatima: I rarely hear you mention your brother. What's the story with him?
Zac: Yea he doesn't want me to be involved with his case. He said his time is almost up and he don't want me to fuck it up for him.
Fatima: Well I'm glad you respect his wishes because I sure wouldn't! I'd be in there like swimwear.
Zac laughing: Yea, all I want to ever do is be there for him anyway I can.
Fatima: Well he's lucky to have a brother like you. He could have one like mine you know?
Zac: What's wrong with Chaz? I always thought he was a good dude.
Fatima: He is just be doing a lot sometimes that's all.
Zac: we all got somebody like that and sometimes you just wanna fuck them up. But you also love the fuck out of them lol.
Fatima laughing: Yes that's me and my brother all the way.
Zac: Fatima I wanna thank you for sticking by me with this case. You've had my back the entire time and you aint scared to back down from a challenge.
Fatima: Not at al!l I got you because I know you got me. You showed me that when Mr. Chase tried to replace us with you.
Zac laughing: Yea that shit wasn't happening on my watch. I know y'all worked hard on that.
Fatima: Yes, you right about that. Well, I'm finna catch me some sleep before we land.
Zac: Go head, we got about two and a half more hours before we land.
*Fatima tried to go where Andi was but she wouldn't scoot over. Zac told her to just come on the couch he's on. They could share it. She went to the end of the couch & stretched out. Zac pulled her legs across him since he was in her way. He pulled her heels off and rested his arms on her legs while he read over his next case. She quickly fell asleep knowing she was in good hands around Zac. Time went by fast and plane has landed back in Atlanta. Zac woke the women up and told them it was time to get off the plane. Fatima got the best sleep she's had in a while. Andi on the other hand is never happy when she first wakes up. They get in the truck and the driver takes all of them back to the office to get their personal vehicles. Everyone gets out and load their car up. Zac thanks them one last time before they all go their own way. Andi goes home and gets into her bed. Fatima made a joke about her being pregnant since she's always asleep. Fatima on the other hand gets home and Ian had flowers, chocolate strawberries, and her favorite wine waiting. Fatima was surprised to see all of this. She just knew Ian was still upset about her trip.
